The only bad thing is that DM only holidays map. Before, it was only for Halloween. And we were used to have the new year map with Assault. Or even ctf and cp like 3 years ago in that racing map lol.

 

I guess the funds will not grow very fast in the map this year...

 

Still, a good celebration and good about missions.

 

Is there a bigger holiday mission, like during Halloween?

I miss the racing map. :( Agreed about the DM though. I guess this is the new normal for Tanki holidays: special maps are drugged DM only. Also the fact that the special missions will (more than likely) require us to play in this mode? Might have to pass on that. Hopefully they don't restrict the container boxes to this map too.

 

I was mainly looking forward to the discounts anyhow. :P

 

Also this will be my 6th Christmas here. Boy I feel old. :unsure: Merry Christmas everyone!!

Always preferred team battles....but have been playing mostly DM in the last month to get away from mults, noobs, laggers and inactives ruining my battles. So I'm quite happy this event is DM. Nice sales too.

Me too. I was only a few days into my Tanki life when the New Year’s Race map was in the game. I wish that would come back.

 

If I remember correctly that map was an IFP CTF format.

Folks you have already been warned so I hope I don't hear any whining about people on the 8th being mad when they try to claim their big fat holiday mission rewards and they aren't there. 

 

BUT WHY OH WHY

is the MU sale on ONE DAMN day only? Jeez Louise on a football, Some of us at the lower levels would like to blow their dough on micro upgrades multiple times without wasting it on speed ups. I will have to wait an entire week before I can purchase my MU, and then buy the time it takes effect the holidays will be over. Looks like you'll be spared M2.10 Hunter wrath.

 

Agree with others, DM stopped being fun when I became a 1 star. Now half the maps go up to Field Marshal, and the drugs never end. Please make a mode with 14 2-man teams so we can at least have one friend on the battlefield.

It's not too late to change the animated paint because honestly It's not worth the 59$ loooool. It's really ugly come on have some taste, we like unique stuff and colours...

Tbh, I've forgot to even mention it so I'll mention now. What about the Rugby mode? I was predicting that the mode will come along with the celebrations, and they even said that they plan on releasing it before the end of this year (unless I heard it totally wrong). Any update on it? Or is it a surprise?

I was predicting that the mode will come along with the celebrations, and they even said that they plan on releasing it before the end of this year (unless I heard it totally wrong). Any update on it? Or is it a surprise?

In my opinion it'll be realeased within a week, and yes, they did say they plan on

The animated paints are not for everyone, based on price alone. I bought Nightmare, which IMO is one of the best paints Tanki has produced. I’ll buy this one too cause, hey, I’m a collector.:D

I remember parkouring up the ledge with some friends to reach the bridge in the middle. I found a short video on it for some nostalgia. :)

Maybe Tanki will surprise us this Christmas.  ;)  A fun new mode to distract us from the drug-fest happening in the holiday map... LOL

Why?  How?

I'm a buyer and it doesn't get me any golds or containers.

Nor does it suddenly Dictator-proof my Hornet.

 

About the only thing it does is stop my behind getting shot off quite so often as it usually does.

But that doesn't count for much when everyone else has bought the supplies pack too....
