Around the trees with Railgun is good, and staying on the raised part taking potshots is good since there are no spawns there.

Just a simple, honest question: Do the Tanki developers actually test anything before they release it?

I have a doubt: holliday missions are supposed to be harder but with a higher reward, aren't they? But since this moring restart I have to catch15 boxes or more to have the same reward that I used to have catching 7 or I have to get 900 Xp to have the same reward I used to have with 300 Xp. That's correct? Shouldn't rewards be higher?

A nice Christmassy gesture would have been to make the rewards higher and the effort needed to achieve them only a little higher. A CTF mission of achieve 3k EXP for 150 or so drugs is no good for me. Just can't be bothered to play team battles that much. Others have missions on other modes they won't be bothered to achieve....not worth the hassle. So I'm actually skipping some of these missions when I don't do that for the rest of the year, pointless.

 

C,mon Tanki.....be nice at Christmas pls........(sales and map are nice tho, to be fair)

They work well enough for me thought I agree they're not full-on camping spots, the map does not have any of those. :x

If all regular missions and there chain progress where put in pause until after the holidays it would be great for me, then I would only focus on some missions and leave others and I wouldn't have to worry about breaking the chain, otherwise I'll just break it and not even try, because the holiday missions are too hard.

 

9 flags!? 3 Finish 1st!? with all the drugging and the teammates trying to take the flag you have.

 

Only those that have an organized, almost criminal, friend network can have fun now. Add to that the multing Dictators, teaming in DM,  Overdrive, Magnum and the many other issues that I don't want to repeat.

 

I haven't played today with my main accounts and I'm okay with it.

Due to technical limitations, we cannot return your unclaimed missions or rewards, but we have good news for you — until 02:00 UTC January 8, for the whole duration of the New Year event — missing your daily mission will NOT lose or drop down your chain progress. Skip one day, two, even a full week and you will still have your current progress of the daily missions. And, of course, if you continue to complete daily missions, they WILL increase your daily mission chain progress, as usual.

 

So make the most of this holiday break, meet friends, family, check the Holiday tree in your town and decorate your own — have fun and don’t worry about daily missions!

That sounds good, but many will still be confused and not know, maybe removing the progress bar or adding a message there would help, you can also add decorations to make it look special. Just a thought.
