T-95 vs M1A1 Abrams vs LeopardII

wich is the best?

T-95:T-95 is the common informal designation of a Russian fourth generation tank in development at the Uralvagonzavod.

The tank was in development for too long, which put the Russians in a position of focusing on a fifth generation tank for adoption, leaving for T-95 the possibility of export only. The factory designation is Object 195, which is the correct name since the Russian military has no intent to adopt this tank, and orders from foreign buyers (possibly Saudi Arabia) using their own designation, are yet to be finalised. Other reason for rejecting this project may be the fact that the Chinese may already have something equal to the T-95, the fourth generation Type 99KM armed with a 155 mm gun.images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRegdD0A3kb_PJWqXoQJ8NnW1hF4rPTSDQFmMIXJDinltgzj9MB

M1A1 Abrams:The M1 Abrams is a third-generation main battle tank produced in the United States. It is named after General Creighton Abrams, former Army Chief of Staff and Commander of US military forces in Vietnam from 1968 to 1972. The M1 is a well armed, heavily armored, and highly mobile tank designed for modern armored ground warfare.[5] Notable features of the tank include the use of a powerful gas turbine engine (fueled with JP8 jet fuel), the adoption of sophisticated composite armor, and separate ammunition storage in a blow-out compartment for crew safety. With a weight of close to 68 short tons (almost 62 metric tons), it is one of the heaviest main battle tanks currently in service.

The M1 Abrams entered U.S. service in 1980, replacing the 105 mm gun, full tracked M60 Patton.images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTfbDK6u9Y1cZ-gjQIK_YcDaZitr4ZZwQ4IwyNZHDOVgK7X0mLhtA.

LeopardII:The Leopard 2 is a German main battle tank (Kampfpanzer) developed by Krauss-Maffei in the early 1970s and first entering service in 1979. The Leopard 2 replaced the earlier Leopard 1 as the main battle tank of the German Army. Various versions have served in the armed forces of Germany and twelve other European countries, as well as several non-European nations. More than 3,480 Leopard 2s have been manufactured. The Leopard 2 first saw combat in Kosovo with the German Army and has also seen action in Afghanistan with the Danish and Canadian ISAF forces.

There are two main development batches of the tank, the original models up to Leopard 2A4 which have vertically-faced turret armour, and the "improved" batch, namely the Leopard 2A5 and newer versions, which have angled arrow-shaped turret appliqué armour together with a number of other improvements.images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRC4HYe0y_iJFSq_S2LmAKrB8gcapV9fSMce5ZTy8V7LCDM-lpM.

Happy discussing! :)

T-95 does not exist and will not come :?.

There is not t-95 on the photo. It's a T-90С.

Leo is the best tank for sure. 2nd place hold T-90 and Merkava 4 (I even think that merkava is little bit better than T-90) ,

than goes Abrams on the 4th place.

M1A-Abrams PWNS! :XD: :XD:

they're damn good tanks, and we have a hell of a lot more of them than most european countries combined. But the RF has like what... 20k tanks? In numbers, the RF would win even with 4:1 kill ratios for the Abrams.

Also, most modern MBTs use rounds that are powerful enough to kill any other tank in 1 hit, os its really just a question of accuracy. And the US wins with both range and accuracy.

this is what i like :)

The TOG heavy tanks were designed by a committee of First World War stalwarts, who had been responsible for the first tanks. Hence TOG, for "The Old Gang".

The vehicles were very much designed for WWI conditions, rather than for those encountered in WWII, being intended to operate on muddy ground and have good trench crossing ability.

TOG 1 was rather similar in many ways to the French Char B, also having a hull mounted howitzer of the same type. The turret was the same as that used in the Matilda.

These vehicles had a number of interesting features. For example, the drive arrangements used a Paxman Ricardo V12 diesel engine developing 600hp, powering the tracks via an electrical transmission system. This was prone to overheating during the trials of TOG 1, but despite changing TOG 1 to hydraulic transmission, the electrical transmission was retained for TOG 2. The turret and Metadyne traverse system finally mounted in TOG 2* were similar to that eventually used in the A30 Challenger, and TOG 2* has the distinction of being the first British vehicle to mount the 17pdr gun. It was intended that these vehicles would also be fitted with sponsons for machine guns. The weight of these vehicles was in excess of 80 tons. The maximum speed was 8.5mph, approx.

is it just me or does that look exactly like a mammoth-railgun?

also, the Fact that the aiming system is German is a moot point. Everything is from dozens of countries. Hell, the FN-SCAR is from Belgium.

At any rate, every one of these tanks would be completely owned by the Merkava. Nothing beats a backwards Challenger (plus, it weighs like 102 tons)

The combination of significant firepower of monstrously heavy armor gives us the effect of driving around the fortress, the only opponent for this tank is the same.
