Amigos, 

 

After the paint separation update, Now Players have to spend their wallet in purchasing modules and need to take part in many E-sport tournaments for the spectrum module. 

 

I love paints, helps to enchant of our tank more awesome and beautiful. As per @Yisroel.Rabin's How to get girl friend in tanki.. Paints play a minor role in it. 

 

In-game, Still paints are used as paint.  :mellow: I want to paints to have an advantage to tankers. I'm sure tanki won't allow it. But i got an idea after thinking hard for 3 days. 

 

Players started using supplies in tremendous quantity. Other side players who don't want to spend their money on silly E-sport. Now, Paints can with-stand some supplies. For example. :- Magma:- 5% less Damage from Double damage. 

                                                                                                            Frost:- 15% chance of damage done to double armor players etc. 

 

OR 

 

It gives some chances to activate the current supply for every kill. 5% chance to activate the nitro for every kill for Synergy fan paint. Make sure it is totally depends on luck.  :ph34r: 

 

This will help the paints to have a small advantage in battle field. Protest will decreased regarding the paint separation.

Sorry, but this will ruin the idea of having paints only as cosmetic items. As soon as "Frost", "Zeus" or "Gold Star" get some gameplay benefit, people will complain that Tanki is P2W, and they won't be wrong.

 

The idea is interesting, but it can't be applied to paints.

Well, it can be made as: 0,1% for paint that cost <50000 crystals, 0,2% for <100k, 0,3% for <150k...

Gold star paint will have only 750 000 / 50 000 = 1.5%, Zeus 1%, not so much

It chance of getting this supply activation is depends on the mind-set of the admin. I just don't want the paint to be useless instead of being a side-kick of style. 

 

one it should give protection against the supplies. or it should give point side advantage that a kill may give 0.7-1.0 of enabling a random of something. Nothing is there to be link with P2W. 

 

the paints won't get very big advantage. it is just a chance. He needs to be lucky to get 1.

Why does it have to be paints and not, say, modules, alterations or the turrets themselves?

Being a player you know some tankers feel that paint separation update should be done. 

 

P2W is because the community takes their own decisions without conducting Poll, in previous years attending polls, fetch us 1k crystals. 

 

Paints have to give some minor features. Think a bit. you gonna add this in modules, the community may increase it to. 30% and druggers would lost their single happiness in game. 

 

Now, let the modules set to less-than-5 %... would you give attention to the turrets protection or free enabling supply, i would Epic armor all the time. still the changes are low, this will enable all players to keep this module and go of.. 

 

Now- the get the problem of choosing a perfect module. Supplies or turrets. 

 

Paints need to have this feature, Only in animated paints we can see the activation of supplies in 5% as max. 

 

Still hating this above reasons.

 

Would you agree if Paints give boost to reduce the time time of overdrive and 1 for increase in turret's rotating speed or something.... no you will reject this one because, if this comes to act, players will disappointed that it gives Extra protection or speed to hulls and damage to them. Among them everyone feels that we're god mode.

Like I said in my previous post - I like the idea of something that randomly activates supplies or reduces cooldown times, but it shouldn't be tied to paints, which are currently 100% cosmetic items. Making paints purely cosmetic allows devs to sell them for ridiculous prices (e.g. $60 or 750 000 crystals), but as soon as gameplay-affecting features are given to paints, it will raise concerns about paints being P2W items.

 

Your solution (making the bonus really small) doesn't make sense because if the effect is so small that it doesn't make that much of a difference, then why have it at all?

Tanki is already ruining itself. It has already become P2W.

Now that does sound interesting, i.e. the idea of players using expensive or shop-only updates benefitting everyone in the battle they are in. You can post that in a new topic, if you want.
