I clicked on the given link, which took me to where everyone else has been. 

 

Right clicked the image and highlighted new tab. That isolated the picture.

 

Right clicked again for Google search. That took me to a Wiki on Modern Art. 

 

Image is 166x106, no other size is found. 

 

I exploded it up to 400% and all I see is a Platypus sitting upright on its rear end with its front legs extended out in front of him, surrounded by colored balls (planets, perhaps?). So, I don't think it has anything to do with image.  OR maybe the planets indicate the Universe.

Yeah, my Platypus has turned into a grotesque monster and there's a grotesque face or head inside it's (mouth?) Ignoring the image and looking "through" the image instead of "at" the image, paying particular attention at lights and shadows....No I don't see anything in particular.
