I'm fed up with the uselessness of the kids that play now and it upsets me that I have to carry a team of bumbling noobs who only block my path when I have the enemy flag. It's pathetic. There's nobody good when I play. Nobody.

 

I was borderline about to smash my laptop onto the floor because i am disgusted in the players who populate Tanki. I cant afford to do such a thing so I think I shall quit. This game's going nowhere anyway, plus the devs' priority list is crap. Make a console edition you're in business, but know, it's too tedious a task. Got a job in programming to say that? Just weak.

 

Where is Nives? I havent heard word of him in ages. He's not cut out for this. We need Cedric Debono back. Tanki's been an absolute mess since he left.

Sergei is on WAY more active than Cedric, whether you see him on the Forum or not. I personally would prefer Sergei over Cedric any day, his interaction with players is far better, which is why I have faith in him as a CM. I think Semyon got it easy. He was CM when Tanki was flourishing so naturally, players assume that he is great because the Devs were doing great at that time.

 

Cedric came in and immediately, Tanki hit a MASSIVE update - Paint Disintegration. The update drove many, many players away but was a decent concept. Eventually, by the time Cedric left, Tanki pretty much hit rockbottom. As a CM, I liked Cedric's mild interaction with the community and notable communication with helpers.

 

Sergei, on the other hand, has excelled as a CM in terms of interaction with players and initiative projects. Sergei doesn't work extremely closely with helpers but can definitely be relied on for quick and informative responses.

I don't get why we are all complaining about CMs. Check out the German forum, you will see very few complaints or even none. The DE CMs are doing the same thing as Nives, none of us are complaining. What's the problem guys?

Oh hell yes. NS battles are the hidden gem of Tanki. Completely no supplies at all is the absolute best.

Most of your post is complaints about the players, not the game itself. So what do developers (let alone the CM) even have to do with it? If you're gonna criticise the game, at least be specific and list the things you don't like and how you think they should be changed.

If you are tired of carrying entire noob teams, play DMs. If you're tired of druggers, play NS DMs. If you can't seem to find a decent NS DM, you're better off not playing entirely. Games are for enjoyment, not raging. Don't like it? Leave and take a break. Stressing will only take a few years off your life.

 

As for the community, I do agree that the EN Community is more and more saturated by mindless people who don't have a clue on what they're talking about 90% of the time. It's all too easy to blame CMs for the bad updates. I get sick in the stomach every time I read the forum pages of a new V-LOG, comment section or update topic these past few years. People tend to act like they know more than the devs themselves and put their opinion in some sort of untouchable pedestal. 

 

Of course, this doesn't apply to all people, but it does to the vast majority of the player base thus far.

Not having friends is my choice. Where I live, kids think getting high and doing more...intimate things with women are a good way to live life. They aren't worth my time. I did have plenty of friends in here, but I removed them all from my list as they left the game .-.

Play Tanki X. Totally different system, and it's not possible to play with the noobs as long as you're good yourself. Also, no drugs, they're called modules. Spider mines, EMP, invisibility, turret drones, force fields, invulnerability, and much more. A matchmaking system that matches you up with actual good people. Squads too, so you can always play together. Better graphics! And oh, a huge aircraft carrier map that got added on Christmas.

Somehow this whole "I am better than 90% of the players in the game and have to carry all the time" thing sounds fishy to me. Especially for someone using Rail Hornet as their main combo.

We need Cedric back? No, we do not. Cedric may have been good at relating to the community at times, but he was incapable of doing anything else. I know from experience, having been a Helper myself. He had a tolerance issue and no sense of fun whatsoever, contrasting to Sergei.

 

Nives has already been far better. For example, Nives takes the time and energy to answer individuals in PM conversations (including myself). When I asked Cedric an important question, it took him almost three weeks to reply with something along the lines of "We can't help with that, sorry".

 

Nives actually gets into conversations with you and doesn't make you feel like you're some insignificant individual that he doesn't have to worry about. I really value this, hence why I like Sergei a lot.

 

Also, CMs have extremely little control over game content, so why would Cedric do anything different?
