Out of the list you have, I'd say (Free2Play Players) Mid rank (Second Lieutenant - Colonel) - Micro-upgrades and M2s.

by Pay2Play i mean, it's your choice to use the in-game purchases (basically players who would be willing to spend money) to play the game instead of not using in-game features like what a normal f2p does and it's a survey for the two sides to get their opinion on what they want 'now' Edited December 27, 2017 by murcielagoes

Because buyers can spend $$$ on new paints, but the Devs have yet to find a way to make them pay for updates.

If tanki makes new paints, buyers will buy paints slightly more, meaning crystals and premium slightly less, meaning less of a gap between buyers and non-buyers.
