Unbearable high ping that must be fixed.

For roughly a week I have been experiencing high ping, at first I thought that the issue was with my internet but after speaking with my internet's technical support I've come to the understanding that's not the case, I asked them if I was getting ddosed but they told me that I wasn't. After a while I found out the problem, the problem was with Tanki Online. I mentioned this to TO's customer service but got no help at all, all I was told was "Try to use a VPN or a proxy server", completely useless. Since Customer Service has been no help at all I decided to complain here. I've hardly been able to play the game at all lately, I can rarely play the game lag free. I'm not the only one experiencing this obnoxious lag, a few people I know have been experiencing the same problem. If you are having the same problem or even if you are lag free please support this topic and give it a like so that this issue can get resolved.

This happened to me for the last two weeks. My FPS was normal and the ping would stay in the high 100s and usually spike to 400s and 500s. It usually is like 40, but it is really high. I know my WiFi is fine since my ping was very low before the celebrations. I get high ping for like 30 minutes, then low ping fo like 2 hours. Try to go on after the server update and see your ping. Glad to see other people have this problem too.

My Wifi is 

 

Ping 25-30 Down 16-17 Mbps Up: 1 Mbps

 

In Tanki, my ping is 200 - 500 with Spikes 

 

however, when I switch to my other internet connection my ping is 70 - 100 no spikes

 

I thought my first internet is bad but it works great! 

 

The Problem is definitely with Tanki.  :mellow:
