Yeah I could be wrong I think, maybe the devolopers have applied a double confusion method. I have already put in my answer though, and now I'll just wait for someone to piece it all together in a video.

When the map Year 2024 was released, there was only summer climate right? But soon they released winter too. Is that why Year 2024 the map where we will find the clue?
