Add new effects of supplies on hulls

Recommended Posts

As the title says, this is what I think should happen. If all three of these are already implemented, close the topic or something.

Speed boxes should increase the power of the tank, as well as speed... This will make Titan and Dictator devastating...

Double Armor boxes should slightly increase weight as well as splitting damage to combat recoil.

Double Damage boxes should increase knockback and/or recoil, making Railgun or Hammer a hell for light tanks.

This is likely gonna be merged into Game Discussion, but who knows, this might get out there...

Anyway, I think this change will ... Well, it'll change how people think about supplies, and if you'd like to make this slight for balance, do so... But ffs, buff speed more... No one picks up speed boxes over double damage or double armor.

Valid     Invalid

The current gameplay of TO includes Hull augments such as Lightweight and heavyweight, which changes the acceleration and impact force sustaining capacities, along with new and different impact force for different turrets. So the above Idea does not fit in the game because these parameters exist as sole and not to be merged with effect of supplies.

I see where you are coming from and where you are trying to go, but this isn't the right road. You can't get there from here.

You need to go on down the road, 'round the bend, 'round the corner, up the hill and down the other side. When you see the Scarecrow on your right, make a left into the cornfield, but don't run over any corn. You might be met with some buckshot or a mine. When you come to the clearing, look for the old tree stump where Grandpa used to sit and whittle. When you get the the old tree stump, stop, honk your horn three times and wait. Don't stop at the tree stump where Li'l Sister used to split the wood nor the one where Uncle Bubba used to clean fish. There's no road so you have to look real good. If you come the the old cemetery where Grandpa is buried, not the one where Grandma is buried, then you've gone too far. Turn around and go back to where the Old Grey Mare won that race a few years back. The tree stump you're looking for is around in that area.
