I will say that Tanki is more than likely ignoring the lag issues due to 2.0 comming out and perhaps hopeing the problem will go away by then with 2.0 being more stable' date=' or their attention is soley on the preperation of 2.0's launch. If the problem has not yet recieved enough complaint that their traffic drops and they loseplayers/$ especially the higher ranked buyers then maybe the will stop treating this like an isolated problem and fix it.[/quote']

 

If I am tanki, I am less worried about the higher ranked players as most of them have already burned their cash on crystals and are using their upgrades to earn the rest. I am concerned about the new players joining, who may be experiencing the same issues and thinking the game sucks due to lag. Those are the next revenue stream, not the people that have already paid.

 

Complaining paying customers just amplify the fact that new players "shouldn't waste their money" on this game due to the potential for massive lag spikes and server disconnects (If they read forums).

 

Apparently they are working on fixing this per another thread just posted. At least they have acknowledged the issues.

I found out that for some reason, Google Chrome works better on TankiOnline than all the other servers. :-) :thumbup: Really. I tested by downloading each one and Google Chrome worked better than the rest,including Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. 8) So use Google Chrome for less lag and maybe Mozilla Firefox. :wink: Internet Explorer is slow, probably because so many people use it and its been around for a long time. :?
