Hello, what's the difference between "Upgrade this PC now" and "Create installation media for another PC"?

I want to upgrade to Windows 10 from my Windows 8, also I already put some important files to one of my USB sticks.

"Upgrade your PC now" will upgrade your PC to Windows 10.

"Create installation media for another PC" will create files which will allow you to install Windows 10 on another PC. :)

yea like what he said

Not really, it will ask wether you wanna burn in on a Disk or a USB flash drive. I doesn't really mean you should do this ONLY IF YOU WANNA INSTALL WINDOWS ON ANOTHER PC. It's better to create installation media on a USB drive, and after you've done this, find the boot menu key of your PC, then restart the pc and smash the boot menu key after pressing POWER button. Connect your USB (Which you'll be using as installation media) before starting the PC. Then, after opening boot menu, select the USB drive, and proceed.

Good luck.
