I want the blue team's score system to be revised again.

 

This time, the blue team will score points automatically (like before), but at a slower rate. So, instead of 1 point every 10 seconds, its 1 point every 15 seconds or so.

 

Additionally, whenever a player on the blue team destroys an enemy carrying the flag, than the blue team receives 1 point.

All other enemies destroyed will not give points.

 

All-in-all, in a fifteen-minute battle, the blue team can score about 67 or 68 points automatically, and the rest requires the team to kill red team players that are carrying the flag.

I agree with you, especially getting points for killing the flag bearer, he's the one that really controls the game. Why don't you suggest it in I&S?

I don't know how standing on top of something in a heavy hull to prevent people from moving onto it is difficult for these people, but my team always seems to think covering flank routes pointlessly while they just take the main path is the best course of action.

This mode exists pretty much just to feed Magnums with easy clustered targets.  I have a 100 exp in ASL missions. Played blue on a Year 2024 map.  4 magnums on red just pouring down shells on the home base.  I killed a few died a few times... but let's get to the bottome line:  This is just plan BORING GAMEPLAY.  I do not play games for the primary purpose of serving as targets for another player.

 

Even though this mission is worth several thousand Cry and I am low on finds for the upcoming sale I might just Change out of it.  Magnum is making tour game BORING TO but you will not do anything about that will you? ASL mode just spotlights the problem..

Yep. Cashed out a lucrative 3000 Cry reward rather than grind out 1000 exp in one of the 4-5 available, lopsided ASL battles and having no fun. Got a non-lucrative 10 supplies reward in exchange.  Still figured I made the right move.

 

Warning signs TO: players who enjoy their game do not blow off in-game earnings.

 

Anyone paying the slightest attention?

It seems a bit unbalanced at the moment. I don't know whether it's because different maps give a different level of advantage to either team, or because the teams themselves happen to be unbalanced, but the point is that at the moment very few games end with a close score. But then again, the same can be said for CTF.

 

I think it's unpopular because it's pretty similar to CTF, but it doesn't have the benefit of being an old and famous game mode, so instead players try it, see that it's unbalanced and never play it again.

 

I honestly don't find it too interesting. Looking forward to Rugby a lot more.

"Argh mult replying 3 months late" - Yes I know, but I just wanted to point out that almost all maps are unbalanced. Defenders have a huge advantage in most maps (though it seems what people say about magnum counters this.) Centralized around one point, their ODs make them extremely effective.
