Removal of Hard Missions

Only super missions will be removed, and only after XT-skins are added to the game.*

 

This does not affect regular missions with regular prizes, including crystals and Gold.

I think current XT hulls/turrets will merge with non-XT version, otherwise two hulls/turrets of similar type looks weird in garage  :rolleyes:

The thing I learn playing two new modes: ASL=CTF+CP mix-up & Rugby=CTF+TDM mix-up & these are the new missions incoming replacing these awesome super-missions, at least increase the amount of crystals since you remove these 84K & 105K crystal mission  :angry:

The probability of getting an XT through containers will probably be the same as getting an XT mission (which takes a considerable amount of effort to complete on top of that). And I think you will still be able to buy an XT with 500k crystals provided you have premium.

500K crystals for a XT-skin, are you kidding ?? :o

Thank goodness that XTs are being removed. They shall be converted into skins which will be much better in terms of look. Skins will be extremely cheap for players to buy.

The developers have mentioned months ago that skins would be considerably cheaper than XTs, but maintain a properly balanced economy as well.

Sad to see hard missions go. I hope they'll come back. I got 9999 kills for 105k a few days ago. I feel lucky (even tho I will complete the mission in like 4 months :lol: :lol: )

I have a mission kill 9999 and i am 2/3 done.

I cannot really finish the mission anytime soon and now all my effort is going in vain?!?

Please reconsider this update. I recomend for the missions to not be removed for the current moment for those who are still in the process of finishing it, no matter how hard or time cunsuming the way would be.

it says on the first page we get to continue on with our missions then once collected we wont get them again. they will be removed for good.

this part is still up in the air no one knows , what ranks or the cost of it will be as of yet.

In V-LOG 158 we shared development plans to add XT-skins for equipment instead of separate XT turrets and hulls to the game, which will become an additional option for turret and hull customization.

 

In the future, XT-skins will replace XT-equipment, and before that we need to disable all functionality connected to the current XT gear, including hard missions “Destroy 9999 enemies” and “Earn 99999 experience in battles” with prizes that include XT.

 

Removal of hard missions with XT prizes is technically difficult without removing all “999” missions with any prize at the same time, and they will be also disabled and will stop appearing as new missions after the release of the Rugby mode, coming soon.

 

If you want to get missions with prizes that include XT turrets or XT hulls, please know that you have time to receive them before the Rugby update is released.

 

IMPORTANT:

• If you already have hard missions and are working on completing them, they will remain on your account and XT-equipment will also remain for sale in the Garage until XT-skins are released. Release information and dates will be announced later.
• After XT-skins are added to the game, you will NOT lose XT-equipment that is already in your Garage, including all of its upgrades. Details on how it will be converted to XT-skins will be announced closer to the release of the update.
• XT-skins will not be added to the game at the same time as hard missions are removed. XT-skins update is in active development and release date for the update will be announced later.

 

FAQ:

 

What are XT-skins and what is XT-equipment?

• XT-equipment is already in the game, it is separate XT turrets and hulls, like Thunder XT M3 or Viking XT M3.
• XT-skins will added to the game similar to alterations, meaning your regular, non-XT turrets and hulls will have skins.

 

What are hard (super) missions and which will be removed?

• Hard (super) missions are all missions that require to kill a large number of enemies (999+) or earn a lot of experience (99999). NEW hard (super) missions, including missions for separate XT turrets and hulls, Gold Boxes and crystals will be removed with the release of Rugby mode, coming soon. If you already have the missions, they remain until XT-skins.
