Both are equally difficult but sometimes it's harder to get kills then scoring exp

100k xp gives you more flexibility... capture points, cap flags, heal team-mates with isida, kill tanks and even damaging tanks that die get you exp.

 

100k much easier.

If you have less than 5000 kills or 30000xp, I'd honestly give up the ghost. You get so much more from weekly chains these days anyways.
