No Weekly Missions, bonus or containers

My Weekly Chain ended today.

I didn't get a Weekly Chain Claim Box with the bonus, supplies and containers.

Worked fine last week and I haven't missed any days. 

Anyone else had this happen?

Do you mean just containers of the whole bonus? (supplies and crystals as well) 

 

If all the rewards didn't appear in the second pop-up your internet might have crashed preventing it from appearing. You should have still received the rewards.

After the reset I claim my day 7 mission, at that point you should get a Here Is Your Weeky Chain Bonus window.  I didn't get that window.

So I didn't get the Weekly Bonus for completing missions, or the supplies, or the containers.  Not a thing.

 

And the box for daily missions has started on Day 1 of the next week, so it's registered that last week was done.

 

My internet didn't crash, it's like it's just forgotten to issue me with the Weekly Bonus even though I haven't missed a single day.

Are you sure the items weren't added to your account?

 

Other than that I guess you can fill out this form (lost crystals/items), I guess it applies. I have never heard of this before.

In that case you need to report the problem to tech support using this form. It's normally for when you lose crystals from your account, but you can specify your exact problem in the notes.

I've done that form, but there isn't actually a section for notes.  The only space big enough is actually for listing items that have appeared in your garage:

"Have you noticed any items in the garage you have never bought? If yes, please list them in the gap below"

I had to put them in the area for specifying "the approximate amount of missing crystals" and hope they note the missing supplies and containers.

 

However, I've now PM'd Nives and sent an email to help@tankionline.com and see if they can resolve it., and I've left my account sterile as it was at 2AM UTC Sunday.

 

I note the Weekly Bonus, containers and supplies that I am owed have not been added on the 2AM UTC Monday restart either.

TO are now saying I didn't claim a mission on 20th January, which is absolute BS.

I've been staying up until 2am UTC every day JUST to claim each mission.

 

If their system is that borked, then I'm wasting time and effort if missions are going astray.

I'm done.

Might be completely wrong here, but don't the servers reset at around 2AM?...perhaps you collected the missions that kept your week 4 chain active immediately before, during or immediately after server reset and this is a problem associated with that. It might be worth asking for the exact time you collected and the exact time server restarted on that day, assuming they have this info.

 

Anyway, just speculating here cos I obviously don't know how this happened.

I meant 2am UTC used for this game that was mentioned by @Nicola_M. I think this is the usual sever reset time, but I'm not sure cos it's in the middle of the night for me.
