Declined Give Players A Free Container During Holidays

Hello
I am proposing that on certain holidays (Like Christmas), every player in the game gets to receive one special-edition container, like a gift.
The container contains the same reward pool, but the devs could change the texture of the container to make it resemble other objects.

For example,
Christmas- a present
Halloween- a pumpkin used for trick-or treating
April Fools- a jack-in the box

Also, players should only receive the free container if they have been active for the last several weeks before the containers are given. That way, players won’t be lazy and get free containers without playing the game.

We do not accept ideas for adding/increasing rewards. As for the special textures of containers - it's a valid idea, but developers have already considered it on their own.

I didn't mean the container had a gift in it. I meant it was given as a free gift, and the item inside is the normal stuff you would get from an everyday container.

Too bad something like this can't be implemented. I think the "package" be like a hitbox....physically there, but invisible. When someone runs into it one of two things would happen:

 

1)...The person gets the gift inside.

 

.......................OR............................

 

2)...When someone runs into the invisible box, it explodes and sends a lot (30?) little gift boxes in a large area. Everyone can pick up a gift box, but only one within that battle. The ones not taken fade away. One of the boxes would contain a Black Box another a Premium container. The rest would contain one item: a variety of several supplies (counted as one item), an expensive garage paint, 3 day Premium, 1 week Premium, 1 month Premium, an M1 hull or weapon.

I don't know. Like I said, just a few things off the top of my head. Since this would never be implemented, I didn't put much thought into it.

Since containers are now a permanent part of the game, I suggest that on such bigger holidays containers should change the texture to fit the atmosphere of the holiday and have some changes in rewards. Rewards could be special holiday gifts (e.g. Candy Cane x10), to send them to your friends.
