Sounds cool, but since obviously some communities are bigger than others, I fear that RU community is guaranteed to win. I hope some measures have been taken in order to account for this difference.

Hopefully, they would be 2 teams/fictional countries with no reference to RU,EN or any other community related sign.

I hope that they would have more than 2 teams and with different challenges each week (e.g. kills in DM, flag capped, or Goals) otherwise it would be one way just like the last contest.

3-4 team would be more interesting.

Overall this event/contest sounds like Risk Game-board, which is a good game.

Can't wait to see how it unfurl.

It may turn in a kind of big havoc, with artillery (magnum) as efficient in close fight as in long range. I can not see how to put strategie in such a war !?

Well, if the results are based on the final K/D ratio of the communities, rather than plain kills and deaths, then it could work. Alternatively, a multiplier could be applied to smaller community to make them equal, so for example if EN has 3x less players than RU, then all EN community kills get multiplied by 3 at the end of the event.
