There is only one thing I head: "based on K/D". OK, then none of our business, every one knows most of the druggers are Russians. 

Yeah, I deeply hope we cannot spend supplies in order to 'perform better' in terms of kills and K/D, though I'm afraid it'll be with supplies. That way, players will start running low on supplies quicker hence buying supplies and financing the game. Developers will have thought of every detail of WAR to make it profitable I guess. :)

Any competition that is based around KD is wide open to cheating.

 

e.g....I have 5 accounts...I play for EN on my main and fight as hard as possible for a good KD. On the 4 other accounts I pick a rival team & play like a useless noob with as bad a KD as possible. Thousands of accounts doing this and u can see how it effects the result of the competition. It becomes more of a mult competition than a competition of good players.

 

Can't see why the junk KD's of mults on each community should be counted.....The good players of each community should be the deciding factor, not the mults. It would be better if Tanki choose a DL amount as an acceptable score, anyone that doesn't achieve that has their scores ignored.
