Hi folks;

I often get annoyed at how discounts are only one day each, and if you miss one, it is several weeks until the next one. In addition, there is a large quantity of supplies in daily and weekly missions, more than I usually drug. If Tanki does not want to give more crystals and fewer supplies, which is understandable, how about lowering the current rewards a little bit, and adding specific discounts.

When you open a weekly container, you can get a 25% discount on upgrading the hull of your choice, turret, kit, etc. It would have an expiration date of 48 hours after opening the container. This would lead too timed container openings so they will always be used. This will not help higher ranks, as higher rankers get more crystals, and they will be getting bigger discounts. This should not be too rare, but not extremely common.

Remember, this is not increasing rewards, as currents rewards will be lowered a drop. Also, please be considerate with merging this topic, and fully evaluate the differences before doing so.

True, but in that case it won't be a good PR move. Players will think that they're being ripped off because other rewards have a lower chance, while devs lose money due to players having more discounts. It's a lose-lose scenario.

Also, if players are losing the same amount of crystals and supplies as discounts, why would it be bad for PR? please explain.

These discounts, if added (I don't think they will) most probably won't stack to either garage sales or each other. Plus, unless there's some "discount voucher" system, opening all Weekly Containers would give you only one discount opportunity. So, opening 2 or more would just be a loss.

25% is quite a significant amount. Even if such weekly containers give a 5% discount, using them on the final upgrade of a drone or something equally expensive can by far exceed the value, which you would have got from the weekly container.

 

In a nutshell, such discounts aren't possible due to the vast difference in pricing of different items. It can be of the form by which you get the same price deduction on every item, which is exactly what getting crystals does.

If you can assume that players would use their discount on their most-expensive upgrades, higher ranked players will save more, since they have more expensive upgrades to make. Lower ranked players will save less, since they only have cheaper upgrades to make.

So it has a balance kind of like crystals, where higher ranked players get more than lower ranked players.

Add Battle Passes to Containers

 

I think adding Battle Passes for Challenges in Containers will be good in my opinion. It will make people buy more containers, which will be good for the economy. But the chance to get it will be the equal of getting 100k crystals

I think this is a strong idea, and could be very beneficial for the game's economy. Players love opening containers, so allowing them to also get the Battle Pass while opening the ones they buy could entice them to buy even more containers - It would be a win-win scenario, both for the Developers, and for players. With that being said, I think the Battle Pass should drop at the same rate as getting 300,000 or an animated paint from a container (Golden-colored container), instead of your idea of receiving it from an epic (Purple-colored) container. The Battle Pass is very useful, and I think having it drop from a purple-colored container would make it a little too easy to get the Battle Pass, easy enough that you could get it from just completing a few weekly missions, which wouldn't have the desired effect (of stimulating the economy in a new way). With that being the only concern, I think this idea is a good one, and we will forward it to the Developers.

I think everyone can agree that seeing a Challenge having paints or color shots u already own can be quite frustrating, so i think more Container types such as Color Shot Containers and Paint Containers would be a lovely addition in TO.
Color Shot Container - they would work like an XT container, AKA u would get a color shot u don't already own on your account, and if u already have all the color shots in the game u would get a compensation of maybe 10k crystals. They should be obtainable thru Challenges, and it also should be sold in the shop if someone wants to buy it.
Paint Container - they would work like a normal container would, but u can only get paints. If u get all the paints from a certain rarity...u wont be able to get that rarity anymore in that container. If u have all the paints in the game ( which i quite doubt ), u would get a compensation once again, and once again they should be obtainable thru Challenges and should be sold in the shop if anyone wants to buy them.

This is just my idea... i would truly hope if something like this gets added...kinda tired of seeing paints and color shots i already have be in Challenges.

I want to write this in the forum too.  I think its not just a good idea,  but it need to be added,  because it's unfair because many players get the shot effect you own,  but you didn't get any shot effects, etc.

I don't understand why is this topic merged, because it is a different topic. 

I mean, even Alternativa can benefit by having the ability to sell this in the shop and also be obtainable thru Challenges, so its a win/win situation, But like this, people get mad bcs the color shot / paint they have is in a Challenge they have to wait 2 weeks / month for another one ( which also might be another color shot / paint they might have ).

So basically, a container container is a container that can drop different types of containers, even itself. A container container can drop a regular container, a skin container, an XT container, a weekly container, a super ultra mega container, a premium container, and container containers.

 

It will be available through many means, especially through the shop where it can be purchased for tankoins. 

Possible rewards:

Legendary: 10 Container Containers, 5 Skin Containers, 100 Weekly Containers, 500 Regular Containers

Epic: 5 Container Containers, 1 XT container, 3 Skin Containers, 50 Weekly Containers, 100 Regular Containers

Common: 1 Container Containers (aka "redraw"), 3 Regular Containers, 5 Weekly Containers
