Parkour Survival 2018

I don't really care what happened in MoP 2016, it is not my concern. I have nothing to do with MoP.

Until you can give me an example of actual bias or corruption in THIS contest. I see no point in continuing this any further, I've dealt with enough people screaming 'YOU'RE A BIASED MOD' blah blah blah.

Check this out then  <_<  -_-

UPDATE

We updated the objective of challenge#2 to better reflect our idea. The previous wording allowed a loophole were players could start at the roof. This was never intended.

In case any team submitted entries that took advantage of the loophole before the change and they would have passed, their entry will pass.

Any entry that is submitted after the 20th March 2018, 5:30 am UTC must follow the updated objective.

So you really want us to allow teams to complete the challenge ridiculously easily while other great teams place actual effort into the trick?

I realise that we should have spotted the loophole before but we are human, we make mistakes and so we correct them as fairly as possible.

Nope, I think you should not allow the entries to be passed. Make them do the challenge again.. as simple as that.

My message had nothing to do with you..It has to do with too many people in these positions coming from TFP and there for... when a decision has to be made it gets over ruled by their voice of opinion. But to give you examples in this contest:1.) rules have changed for spectating tricks...2.)where tricks start from...3.)its a little grey when it gets brought up that depending on the situation some teams may get to bring in another member if something happens with one depending on the "circumstance" the "admins" will decide if they are eligible to replace him under "special circumstances" or if "they" decide that the whole team should be disqualified...these are just things that come to mind at first thought but im also aware of a friends team getting disqualified for the time they entered entree even though it was uploaded on youtube earlier then the deadline....These are the decisions that can easily get influinced and is my concern

Nevermind!! That's Not a Thing to concern about, Mods are doing their job and added New Rules when the LoopHoles were found, So that no Cheating could be done.. That's Fair in my point of View.. Have fun!!

I couldnt agree more with this...and is another example of making acceptions for certain teams while others not

Actually, we got no entries which exploited the loophole, it was a fair precaution decided on by the team together. So you are barking up the wrong wall.  :P

Lemme guess... due to the TFP people taking over ? Or maybe his opinions were out ruled?

You need not be concerned. We make no 'special circumstances' to favour any teams. Every entry goes through the same checklist, when it comes out, it either passes, or doesn't.

I don't need to take guesses. I know why he left.

The whole team discusses and decides on changes. No one opinion can be out-ruled or be out-ruled by another. It's a collective decision. Without this too many doors for favoritism and bias are opened.

Sorry but "this" should be a concern for everyone participating in this contest, since it is, and will be a deciding factor of their team being disqualified or moving on to next challenge so your wrong. And all teams should be aware a head of time whats acceptable or not without changing rules in the middle of it, so they have a fair chance to compete

This goes back to my point of there should be judges/organizers/admins from several clubs and not majority from tfp so they have more influence to these changes. And yes people get out ruled by others because im aware of what has happened so please don't miss lead people

Is not my place to talk about it here but lets just say its enough for me to waste energy in making it right even though i'm still in the contest because I feel bad for others getting disqualified for dumb reasons or not heard because it happened to me in MOP. And having ex tfp members or members in soo many important roles such as admins raises questions for me

And thats not gonna happen, we don't want decisions to be based on which club the judge is from, that is the definition of bias. The events team organises the contest and decides for themselves who the judges are.

You are just making baseless assumptions with 0 proof and 0 facts.

If you could provide proof that would be great, because it doesn't happen. As I said countless times one opinion can not outlaw all others.

Omg I thought only people fight in XP BP but this is more fun ...

Also my cola and popcorn are finished...

To be honest no club is pure whether it might be TFP or FNF or GTT or whatever ...

Yeah but some clubs have more advantages in Contest and more powers and as far as I know every tournament in Tanki is Rigged.

PS.. The war has just begun

The events team organises the contest and decides for themselves who the judges are. If 90% of the team was from TFP, yes I would completely understand your concern. As it stands just 25% of the team are from TFP, others are from different clubs such as GTT, F&F and some like myself aren't in any clubs at all.

Ninja this is where you have little experience with parkour and knowing what clubs people once were in...This requires playing the game a long time doing parkour and being aware of the community of parkour...You think only 2 of the people that are event admins or helpers?...please do your research first before making a false comment.

And as I said this is not the right place to bring up things to prove my points publicly since I do not want to stir the pot more...but to my point everything I have spoken on is true and to the point...
