What about the rule which said no two teams can do same tricks ? Atv 1 and Atv2 did the same trick and 80% of the team out of 25 shot outside green area People talkin' about TFP now they have been not showing their video since challenge no 1 . This was noticed during challenge no 2 as well.

There is still time for clubs like LPS, FTH and TDF to be great but they are on the right track  ^_^

Too late, teams started deleting their videos so the organizers can't see who shot outside of the green area and who didn't.

 

But anyway these teams were told that they can pass with the trick they did so they didn't spend the time they had left to make another entry that would pass, so disqualifying them now means they didn't pass because the organizers mislead them.

And if you talk about the thing that they were told their team passed, then it is another mistake of organiser team

The organizers messed up a lot in this contest, and they tried to fix at least some of their mistakes, but some things just can't be undone and we'll have to live with it now... It's too late to change the results of this challenge and it's too late to explain the rules clearly and give more time to do the challenge because the next challenge already started and everyone saw the solution to this challenge.

 

The best that can be done now is if one team got disqualified for something that another team didn't get disqualified for, contact the organizers and ask them to add your team to the survivors list.

How I wish my team would have submitted the entry where we landed 3-4 times on sign and with a flipped jumper on house who corrected it after some time form the sign jumpers camera angle like some team did .

I get what you say, people from clubs have better chances of winning because they practice each and every day.

No u got me completely wrong ,people from clubs atleast some of them win bcz they do the same tricks what their other team did Not gonna point names out here . Hahahaha that awkward moment when you try to hide yourselves using your alt account. A person who fears has lost in his life unless you are banned from your main account which I don't think so.

 

Also tbh I do agree with what you said to some extent , I mean whoever Organizers the contest whether it is Swift ,Nikk ,me or you there gonna be mistakes it's the way you tackle it that matters

I am single person* . Thier* really ? Guess what I know what happened :) . Also ignorance is bliss but not always I just shaed my opinion and you were the one who quoted me. SO I guess someone needs to think twice before asking others to keep thier mouth shut.

Well they should disqualify all teams who deleted there videos. Because they deleted there proof of the trick. I mean if they delete the video they cant be in survivors list because they deleted there proof lol..

But if you already bring it up, I'll say in my defense that last year's contest (which I organized) went a lot better. And this contest was doing just fine until the moment I left.

Yes, I am not perfect, but I am sure that I would do a much better job. And as arrogant and self righteous as I may sound, you can't deny the evidence. Last year's survival had no loopholes and the challenges were steadily getting harder (except the last one, as I said I'm not perfect, but still did much better than this year's contest), and you are welcome to scan the whole topic and search for complaints about the contest, let me know if you find any.

I agree but you should also give credit to BEN he did an awesome job as well. Also last year atleast half of the teams who qualified for challenge 4 got to wear the paint and it gave a lot of motivation atleast to my team

Okay, let me start with a good comment - I'm happy to see rules for challenge #5 cleared as much as possible, each "bypass" is protected, you simply have to start on ground and jump directly on house, you can't shorten the jump, you can't make ramps against walls etc. :)

Now, after I've read the comments, and saw people talk about hiding videos etc... I want to have a word too. Seems even after clearing all the rules, it was not clear enough, and ALSO, videos which broke some of the challenge rules were accepted.

Okay, so let's start. At first, a few videos I can't watch anymore :lol:

I won't find out why they were hidden, but it's just like that. As for TFP, my personal opinion is that they hid it... just because they can :P No rules exist that forbid hiding the video after it passes challenge. ;)
Maybe other teams hid it for same or similar reason too, or maybe a different one...

Let's move on to those, which I watched.
A first note - the main problem was this rule:
"Helpers are just allowed to shoot while they are inside the green area."
There, multiply teams didn't meet the rule, they either shoot outside of green zone, or placed mines little outside meaning that they had to shoot outside. I'm OK with most of them, since many of these teams placed mines inside of green area, and they shot just a moment later - and it was often not clear whether they shot, outside of green area, or was still with a part of tank inside.

And also the one with interaction of setups - if there are two, or starting with a single setup (maybe a "one setup" understanding is different from the one organizers have, and which they accepted).

Now finally - let's see the tricks: (a huge spoiler!!!!)

The magnum had no impact/interaction on the other setup. Unless you want to call this one setup (two setups next to each other), what's in my opinion just nope. And sorry, but starting on top of the other setup is not an interaction, at least in my opinion - it was also stated it should be something visible, what helps the jumper achieve the target (if I'm wrong, sorry, but that's what I remember was mentioned in this topic).

This is again - the magnum had minimal, if any impact on the jumper. Starting on top of another jumper is again in my opinion not an interaction.

That's from me for this challenge, and yea, I'm even mora frustrated seeing, we were so close to finish the challenge on alt account, with this challenge being easier.

I'd suggest leaving this topic open after the end of contest, and leaving some time for feedback and suggestions for next edition, I'm quite sure, there could be many small rules added, which would clear things out, and deal with most of the negative attitude. FOr example "Teams must keep the video public for at least 7 days after challenge survivors are announced."
