wth this parkour survival is cheating they using space mode and others started out of the green zone that was not mentioned in the rules. this organizer really have no idea about if we were allowed to use space mode why they didn't mention that in the first place. they need to recheck the video or do the parkour challenge 4 again cause this is unfair to others player because this will be the worst P.S OF THE YEAR

btw about all these entries you say should have been disqualified... what you guys say isn't coming from a place of "they couldn't finish the challenge properly and got a free pass on doing it in an easier way", it's obvious that they could have finished the challenge anyway but were confused by the rules. The organizers did a good thing by letting these teams pass because they clearly are capable of finishing the challenge but got confused by the unclear rules. If some teams didn't get to pass while doing exactly what was done by the teams that did pass, this should be corrected and these teams should contact the organizers about it, it's a much better solution than disqualifying the other teams - part of which already removed their videos.

 

As I said before, some mistakes are too late to fix and we'll have to live with the results, but what people are complaining about now is the result of the organizers trying to correct one of their mistakes and saving teams from falling victims to the confusion about the rules. They did a good thing there. They couldn't save everyone sadly, but at least they did save the teams they could.

I like where you are coming from with this...And in a way supports the organizers...funny thing is they don't like your post but as soon as one of them makes a post their whole entourage of friends or even the CM will like it...Kinda sad really...And what else is sad is when a CM claims he is to busy to answer questions, problems, or concerns from the community here but still manages to find time to read and like an organizers post.

As a result of that, 100 players get "Blaze" paint meanwhile "Sky" is only owned by 35 players, which makes the paint less valuable.

 

In my opinion, shooting out of the "green zone" wasn't confusing rule.

This rule seems clear to me too, but apparently to others it wasn't clear for some reason. And I agree that it would be nice to have a more rare paint, but at the same time I feel like nobody deserves the paint any less than you or me just because he shot a little bit outside the green zone, it's just such a tiny negligible difference in the trick. I can tell someone that his team is worse than mine because we did a trick that they couldn't do, but telling someone that he is worse than me because he shot a little out of the green zone is just ridiculous.

Less valuable? It's all that you have interest in? Would you not be happy to tried some new tricks and improve?

You cannot determined in advance how many people will get the paint and set a trick that will select pinpoint  let says 10 peoples.

Last year, the same teams did the 2 last challenges we expected some team to fail, and nobody did.

 

The principle was that everybody that did 5 challenges get the paint. The contest was popular by judging the amount of video form the first challenges so it shows increased interest to this kind of contest and higher skilled/organised team. So as a whole the parkour community is better.

 

It is worth noting that some teams worked together by exchanging ideas for tricks ...

Who said I have only interest in valuable paint? In tournaments, contests, events players enjoy taking part, being able to complete challenging tasks and the paint is only a result of what you get. Don't misunderstand me. ;)
