Hello everyone! 
As we all know most of us don't know about game rules 
and we don't have time to read it 

but what if the rules appears on the screen one by one while you are loading in tanki.

it will bring awareness among players about game rules.

The current pretty pictures are enough IMO. Maybe they could do a few important rules like that?

No no no pls. I'd rather quit the game than read them. Even if we implemented this idea, you cannot guarantee a player to follow them or even understand them.

I agree. It's not necessary to study the rules unless someone lacks in common sense :p

Ah! my eyes. Actually you can't add all the rules into a single loading bar. 

 

I don't want Tanki online into Advice_Online or something. Add the rules which are more violated by players.

Instead of the loading screen slowly showing tips, we should be able to scroll through all of them by hitting left or right key.
