How to consume less data when playing the game?

Sometimes we play the game using limited cellular data, what are the best ways to consume less data?

Play via Firefox or client , saves data ;) , although as far as I know , even playing the game for 6 hours take less then 1GB of data, if you have cache memory stored..

eh well i can survive with 1gb for a week

 

-play on client because of cache

-never delete cache

-dont go to big maps like dusseldorf, play 10v10 at most

Yeah I played it with data for about a month and was really surprised how little it uses. As said above, if you have most things saved in your cache, the gameplay itself uses very little.

also whats your speed after using whole data pack?

 

my is 64/32 kbps and i am surprised how smooth it runs (100 ping)

the only thing i hate client itself loads for 5 minutes but after that everything has only 1 second of extra delay

Indeed load the cache files on wifi and play the game on data.

It helps to stick to one map, loading maps eat up MB's aswell.

I'm not sure, but I remember I did well one time with 2G speeds.

the game does not consume much data , I measured it and came out with an average of 1 MB per minute , so not much . But it differs when you play on big maps with many players , there is also the factor of whether you play on a browser or the game client (I measured it on the game client)
