I would guess not enough testing under a proper, multiple thousands of players load for the event site.

 

It's hard to replicate it during development, but basic features of the event not working is inexcusable.

 

Developers and web engineers are already working on major problems, I'm waiting for the fix with you.

Have the devs look into an Apache JMeter implementation and set up a load testing environment. That should be practically zero software cost. If the testing environment can simply be shut down to do load testing, then you might be able to reduce that hardware cost to a tiny amount too.

BTW, didn't mean you in that "where are the mods?" comment...to be fair you've been by far the most informative for this event. Just need some more in the lobbies, especially during the start of a big event like this. Once people get their heads around the event, it'll be fine I hope.

Nope, not me. I clearly made 200+ kills, in fact I saw something is going wrong and I record the kills ever since. I have at least made 212 kills. But the web page still did't show the progress of completed the 200 kills
