As the the title says, you can decrease or increase the size of your HUD (or GUI) in order to make it smaller or bigger. This means that everything ranging from the notifications side bar (in which kills and flag occurences are displayed), health and reload bar, supplies bar and the battle timer area, the chat and the top bar with your name and rank will become smaller in size based on how farther you adjust the slider.

 

This will help people with smaller screens to play the game easily as the HUD will no longer be blocking huge parts of the screen, while also helping other people focus by expanding their viewarea as the HUD gets smaller and smaller.
