After they add mini map Update press `(~) to open a map which will show you your Team mates location works only in TDM CTF and CP.

When playing battles, you know that it is already hard enough with all those players sabotaging the battles they are playing and if this gets implemented, it will do nothing better other than increasing the sabotagers in battles. Battles are meant for playing, not for chatting, that is why we have the chat lobby, clan chat, private chat, all of them ''outside'' the battle and not inside in order to prevent people chatting in battles only and not playing at all, it is a good idea but unfortunately it definitely won't be implemented.

It already is. Just press name and press "Public message" or "Private Message". There's no actual chat conversation, though, which would obviously be a bad idea since it's already on the Forum.
