I like this idea.

No longer can a player know a GB or BB is coming, go to garage and change to Dictator and collect the box.

 

Anything that means Dictators can't take every damn box is great news.

Play maps like Osa, Highways, Serpuhov, Tribute, Silence, n many

And try getting even near to the drop zone, if its not in the middle.

The game just started with 10 funds n the box dropped!

In other game, 2 boxes dropped, in less than 3 minutes.

 

And I have played exactly 10 games now when battle fund was above 2500+ n no box dropped.

And also, correct me if I am wrong, Did u guys notice that the dropping zone is same.

 

 

The battle fund size has no effect on a GB dropping or not. The fact a GB just dropped has no effect on if a GB will drop or not.  Asking "Gold was?" in chat is a waste of 9 keystrokes. That is why I always answer "yes". heh

I get that, but usually only 1 gold drops, or even if the intital drop is within 2-3 mins, the difference btw 2 drops is always more than atleast 2-3 mins.

But dunno, if that's too another of devs update.

Just think a little. Now players join with Dictator and they wait in base, until there is a Gold. It's easier for them now, since they take no damage in base. I played in Aleksandrovsk and 4 players of my team were in the base, with a score of barely 90-100 after 15 minutes.

i like this time for gold boxes. Gold box is lucky thing so is better time be short and who have luck will take it. No stupid dictator everywhere! Becouse everyone play for gold box, forget what must do in the battle. Now players will think more for battle no just stay for the gold boxes, becouse will be harder even if take hard care only about it. Even if time will be shorter- even more better!

Have you read your own post?  If everyone stays in the bases and does very little then no one gets any boxes at all, so sitting in base is pointless.

What this has done is made it useless for Dictator players and that's a good thing.  They walk away with nearly every box.

 

I played two Serpuhov TDMs a couple of hours ago and NO ONE - not even Dictators - got the chance to hang around anywhere near the GB drop zone Lucifer posted a few posts back.

 

Stay in base, I don't care.  At least in Serpuhov they're not hanging around directly under the drops, and they haven't got time to get there either.

 

Interestingly, both battles were fierce and the first ended with a battle fund of 2,300 and the other at 1,800.  There were no gold boxes in either of them.

TBH, the moment I learned about this, all I am doing is multing, with thunder or fire.

Becus there is no way else, you can even know, where it is dropping in 10 seconds.

:mellow: No one is forcing you to mult. That's a choice you make yourself, because apparently you find it more important to potentially catch a gold or black box than to play a fair game. Keep in mind that sabotaging your team is against the rules. If you desperately want to hunt for those boxes, DM is the place to be.

i'm sure they will add this later to all battles, that's why i'm so mad, i MU Dictator M3 over the last year up to 19/20, i've spent ALL my crystals on Dictator because i want to get golds, now it will be usless as hell, it's not even an easy hull to drive, and i hate it, and i hate this game and i hate this celeration.

gold hunting is part of this game too, i MAINLY got 1 medium hull (dictator) just because it can get me more golds.

 

now i'm ******  :wacko: 

 

i'm a free player, i can't get way too many hulls, i only have Dictator and Hornet, hammer and railgun.

I usually have more than one hull, but since 5x Golds and 10x Golds and Black Boxes I too want those Golds and Black Boxes. 

 

But the best solution would be to remove Black Boxes from drops and not do more than 3x Golds.

If you'd focus on winning your battles instead of on catching golds, you'd get a steady stream of crystals (definitely more than 200 per 15 minute game). You'd be sure to earn a nice amount of crystals, while there's no guarantee that a gold drops during a battle AND there's definitely no guarantee that you'll catch it. In other words, if it's simply about the crystals, better just try to win your battles.

yes i get it, but i can't fight drugger buyers on non pro, i only stick to defence since i only have Rail or Hammer, they have protection against railgun, so i mainly use hammer defending our base, i can't even get 200 crystals every battle in fact.
