By seeing it as a nice extra instead of as the main goal. If you're not stuck in your base waiting you migh as well run into the spot where a gold is falling. You might easily be closer to the spot than the defenders in your team. Years ago, golds dropped without an alarm. It was a rush, you had to be a bit lucky to be in the right area, but players enjoyed it then too.

It's not a main goal. I never camp in my base during special Golds. I always play the game and try to get the Gold when the alarm starts. Otherwise, I would not have close to 9M exp and a K/D of 1.73. But with this update, it is almost like we have to make a choice. And I see way more mults than usually.

 

And yeah, I started to play around June 2012, I remember there was no alarm for Gold, and it was far more better.

cause all the battle funds are really lame (2000 for a whole 15 min battle in full CP polygon) !

 

i wish they add double battle funds in pro battle again, because in non pro everybody drugs, thus the funds raise a LOT slower.

 

i'm done playing non pro.

Hi, everyone!

 

The developers have informed us that the speed at which Black Boxes drop after the siren (~10 seconds) is not a bug.

 

It is done intentionally and for the duration of the event all Black Boxes will drop faster than Gold Boxes.

 

Thank you for your reports and good luck with the drops!
