Ricochet, Hammer or Smoky?

Recommended Posts

I have viking m4, Magnum, freeze isida, twins and thunder m3. I'm asking here because nobody replies to me in the "What to buy?" topic.

As Musa said - with that may turrets best to upgrade what you have before buying another.

Or buy a heavy hull like Titan - for the small-to-medium maps where armor more important than speed.

Also, fill in any protection module gaps.

When you finally do buy another turret you should get a medium-range one. With Twins, Freeze and Isida you have the shorter end covered.

Recommend Ricco - but get the MFS Alteration at same time.

You don't need hammer since you already have 2 short range turrets. If you buy it, one of your turrets will be collecting dust in the garage.

Ricochet is good with MFS alteration.

I think Smoky is pretty good as well. You already have thunder, so you don't really need smoky.

wolv and sensei sum it all up, imo.

I'd just add buy what is fun for you. I play vulcan / wasp for that reason. When it's fun you find a way to make it work. :)

I never played vulcan / viking but LW is straight smoky / viking.  I think it is fun but it is not different enough from Thunder. Unless you specifically want to be able to use the +impact ammo alteration.

Hammer and Rico both will generally be better for both different game 'feel' and move variety of options in your garage.

Hammer is OP.

I disagree with that, the range of pellets is too large and that often leads to using more shots then you should have to use to finish off an enemy.

The alterations the solve that just make it unbearable then.

Alternatively, is Vulcan any good?

Vulcan is good, but it will need some MU's and will chew through you DD's.
