Make it 15 seconds instead of 10 seconds .

 

So the players at least have a extra 5 seconds to decide the way to catch the gold box . and the player who press delete will have a extra 5 seconds .

I have a great idea for you. CAMP with your railgun (idk which hull do you use) and kill the players while they fight for gold box. Railgun is a long range turret and it is not supposed to take gold boxes and take damage from all these Firebirds. I really do not care about gold boxes.

but there are people who tooke advantage of 30 second drop

In CP those seconds are very valuable 

If you have Polygon and lost due to Gold you will know the pain of it

Its easier to say that when you are a legend and have already reaped 494,000 crystals from gold boxes.

For players at my rank who play to rank up n not just  pay, gold boxes are a very important part of gameplay.

Plus, I guess you don't remember but battle funds in Major rank seldomly goes above 600, for the top player, so the 1000 crystal benefit is very imp. unless you have a card to swipe, n buy from shop.

Gold Boxes are bonuses not something to build one's development strategy around. I am a free to play player. GB income from the map has amounted to about 1% of my overall income. I own the best gear I can buy for my level... main account and alts.

 

Smart players ignore GBs unless they happen to drop near them.  And now when that happens, you might actually get it.

 

not a fan of it seeing , if your on the other side of the map and gold drops on the  far  side you don't stand a chance of  getting it.

 

see in the past this was how golds dropped.. but we did not have drop zones like it is now. the only advantages we did have was the time it dropped .. which that it did go back to this set up then your looking around not knowing where it will drop. but you still stood a higher chance of getting one.. not like it is now . to me its like tanki is cutting back on giving things to players . its bad enough were now getting black box's / containers  which some of us will be only getting crystals or drugs from them and nothing special . see when you have most of the paints , besides the shop or new ones . it limits what your going to receive from them . this also includes garage mission containers .

Every complain on these lines ignores the flip side of the coin: If a GB drops on your side of the map, you will not have to worry about the tanks far away. The new system is fair for everyone.

 

You participate in the Containers project yet you still think TO is "cutting back" on player income?  How can you possible write these words? You know how profitable the containers are compared to just 1 year ago.

 

Please stop putting out incorrect information on how Container odds work. Your statement here on Paints is simply wrong. 

 

Not to mention off-topiic.  What does your large Paint collection have to do with GB drop times? Nothing.

I should have said "unless you are a really really good at it" ... blah blah.  And not everyone I see going for GBS can be really really good at it.  20 people cannot catch 1 GB half the time they try, each. But you see 20 people try.

 

I just do not see why in a tank battle game so many players seem like they'd rather be playing Mario Bros.  You don't see tank battle breaking out in the middle of Donkey Kong.

I’m used to it so it doesn’t feel that bad. The gold takes time to drop. Why change to dictator when you use it thr whole time(me)? :lol:
