Actually if TO wants to make real money they need to put a server in Southern California USA. 

 

West Coast folks are not complete idiots and they know the 172ms PING rates they

get mean they are doomed before they start, so why invest when you ave such

- We have seen Arab countries represented in North Africa

- in the south-west

- meaning it would be great for two continents and Africa

By the way, Farsi is called Persian in English, you may want to change the name. Perhaps "Pr" would be fine. The name comes from old name of Iran, "Fars" which is called "Persia" in English.

And you could easily get a partner in Arab. There way too many people out there who won't deny an offer. Although you might need to learn Arabic first, since  it is quite diverse and the way you speak every letter matters.
