You people think this is a solution to multing? It will make it worse. There will be wasps multing around and when the gold drops, they can put on supplies, while others can’t. Right now, the. mults can play without fear of time.

That's why I love having Twins with LR Alt - its impact can turn a Wasp over.

Wasps will be the first thing I target now when I hear the GB siren.

I am not sure what they did to Titan, but it is not as responsive as it was when turning.  The agility is gone and now I have to work the keys harder which puts a lot of pressure on the keyboard not to mention what it does to my arthritic hands! But as I had said before, my expectations from the Tanki developers is similar to my expectations of an amoeba; nothing much in general.  Anyway, once the matchmaking system goes live, it will be good bye Tanki anyway.

Also, am I the only one who noticed that every time they push an "update" that they expect to get a backlash from the players they run some sort of 'sale'? I am just waiting the see the "sale' when they push out the horrendous matchmaking system that the so called "game designer" dreamt while taking his morning dump!

I like the new update in Titan, but I understand your issue. One solution could be giving us the option to use the old dynamics if we want to in the settings.

I'm the opposite, I spare the little ones and go after the big ones, specially the druggers, they are very sensitive, they leave very fast. Yesterday I made an annoying Mammoth/Shaft leave and others followed him and my team got good rewards.

 

it feels terrible to drive Hunter now, the thing barely turns, the agility is gone...

I like the new dynamics for Hunter, but like I said above there should be an option so we can use the old dynamics if we want to.

This gold box update is really good to vikings and wasps but not good for the players who change to dictator when the hear the siren of the gold
The players who change to dictator , they will have no time to catch the gold and same who self-destructs but may be who self-destructs , he will have more time than the player that changes hull to dictator when he hears the gold siren .. But who already plays with dictator , he can catch the gold .. I say that because I often see some vikings that when they hear the gold siren they change quicly to dictator

The whole idea of having to go to the "garage" to change equipment is an outmoded leftover from ancient times. Should be a drop down box that you click, drag, done! Players should be able to configure various tanks - hull, turret, paint, protection - and name them. Then just select one.
But Tanki is too busy changing things that don't need changing - so this will never happen.

 

Self destruction won't be an option on golds anymore. New tricks and techniques will have to be thought up for golds.

 

The keys will remain exactly the same. It will just move slightly differently in the game. Its hard to describe exactly how but check last week's vlog. It has a decent example.

Be patient and the check the new hull dynamics, I think adding it to Wasp is a mistake, instead Viking should have been included.

 

But I'm pretty sure devs will be checking our feedback and reverse any changes or make improvements, at least for Wasp.

 

So try the new dynamics with an open mind.

 

The 10s Gold drop is too short, 20s would have been better.

If devs had any consideration for players - or brains - they'd let users select the interface they want instead of just arbitrarily changing things around.

 

Someone should go out to all the dev's cars, rip out the steering wheels and put them on the other side of the car - just so they know how it feels.

Yes. Many players have complained for years that gold boxes distract too much from team play and various solutions have been suggested. One of them is reducing the drop time and this is what developers have decided on.

It was done to make controlling tanks on the mobile version of TO easier. However, I have no idea why they thought it would be a good idea to implement it for PC.

I like the titan control, seems its easier to turn the hull right now. About the golds...It's nothing special, if you play on really big maps and you spawn far away from the drop zone, that's bad news for you my friend. :blink:

This update will be a disadvantage for hackers because the Gold will drop very fast, by the time they will do their monkey business, someone will catch the Goldbox. There is no such thing as "Drugs hack" or "Speed hack" in Tanki.

so i see when client loads there is a completely normal download spike of 1.5mb and when the  actual game loads data transmission goes dead
