Tanki support trolled me?

So I was in a battle, a gold box fell. I was going to get it, then it went straight through everyone, I took screenshots of my inside the gold : http://imgur.com/11YlA6R and then another gold box fell, once again no one could take it : http://imgur.com/CVxotxl after a while people just ignored them. So I contacted tanki support and here’s what happened : http://imgur.com/aZkpVVb http://imgur.com/60cW6fj Ok at this point I was a bit mad at them because how can they expect you to constantly record why Your playing? Gee! http://imgur.com/s2heyDm Oh really? So you can’t give me 2k? When I’m one of the V-logs it showed a devs account and he had 15M crystals and spectator mod eh? And you can’t give someone 2K? OMG!? The screenshots show everything, sure, I’ll record me playing if they buy me a computer with 16GB ram and 4TB memory sure, http://imgur.com/kDaV2Qz alright I’m not a buyer myself and haven’t spent $100 on tanki but My freinds have borght me stuff so I think it would add up to that. Now at this point I’m extremely mad! I know it’s only 2k but they should be able to refund me regarding the eveadince. I haven’t got a reply yet and I doubt they will reply, BUT I won’t stop chasing them, if you support me and think I should be compensated 2k like this topic and send tanki emails with a link to this post,

There was no lag at the time. I have 5G wifi and a cable plugged into my computer even to make the wifi faster some it was not that, and It was why could no one else take it?

That’s right, No one could take it, people where just sitting next to it and sitting inside it and driving through it trying to take it.

It's a bug then. You should report that bug. Developers might fix it in the next update

It is a rare bug that happens occasionally. A gold box falls.and someone takes it but it doesn't register on your screen and the gold box stays there. While in fact the gold box was taken a long time ago (this is why you see no one else trying to take it)  It's happened to me once and the best thing you can do is report it in the Bugs and Glitches topic.

 

You won't receive any compensation regardless of how many players want you to. Thats not how the Help Desk make decisions, sorry.

 

In future please use the Complaint Book for any complaints you may have.
