This is going to trash the game economy even worse; when we ended YouTube, we realized some things:

 

1. The dedicated, quality producers that make great LPs and montages almost never get as much attention as the bigot youtubers that click bait and produce trashy videos.

 

2. 99% of Youtube viewers are kids, or act like kids by watching inappropriate/stupid videos that they think is "cool". Unfortunately the internet is full of crap, and unfortunately internet users like conformity. 

 

just look at all the good youtubers that left the community: (OUFA, Portes, Aflapoid, Michael, Paulius, Gold Mans, JonathanC), and you'll see what I mean-we're left with kids that obsess over views and the kids that watch their videos-it's now a business dominated by immature people, and I don't like that Tanki is rewarding these kids.

Yep, The Dev's have destroyed the game and now they want who are left to  try and save it for them. They still won't fix the game , they just want us to do free advertising for them.

Just another way to stop people criticising them for the rubbish they introduce to the game. Now youtubers will want rewards so won't say what they really think. And its free for Tanki.

Then I need to start crankin out videos every other day man. I have 3k views over 2 years.

This is like Overdrive for YouTubers, or like someone said "the rich will get richer", unless they have a way to control quality and not only count views, many of them, if they clickbaitet for fame, they'll surely clickbait for rewards.

 

My personal plan is to create a new account when it get's difficult to play with my big accounts, the huge rank bracket at higher ranks is ridiculous.

Most of them won't have 5K+ views and it takes 10 seconds to check if the channel got 5K+ in last month.

Incentives for views will make clickbait exponentially worse.
