I did already, I even had to go to a page called "YouTube school" where I had to watch a video and answer questions if I wanted to keep uploading videos. I sent a latter back to YouTube and they should check it soon. The thing is, he gave me copyright for something I didn't do

Then just wait for the YouTube support team to respond and look into your problem, and if everything turns out well, your issue should hopefully be resolved soon. Best of luck! :)

I am not sure if you know that, but when it comes to problems with copyright strikes, YouTube is very bad... :C

Yep, you have now two more strikes to lose your channel :x, and I've seen many youtubers use other yourubers videos, even if you ask them and they agreed to give you the right for using their videos it still not enough, remember people change ;)... But there is only a one solution and it works every time!

Just make a google form for the submittion like mine : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfMApnlRtEBnvmEDgDPGEkknUbwDXjDyg11rSnc4VtZugUk4g/viewform?usp=sf_link

and on the settings make sure to enable this: http://prntscr.com/kbq85l

And ask the guy to submit his video on that form :x and if he copy strike you, you can have some proofs ^^

If you get a strike you get an email with the reason. Just check that email and if the reason for the copyright strike isnt treu. Than just click this button: http://prntscr.com/kbrziv

It will tell you what to do. Just tell them what happend. And they will reply you with more info on why the videos are removed or just remove the copyright strike (which will probably happen if your story is treu)

There is a small flaw in the current Submission Form.

We are asked whether we want containers or gold boxes.

 

But the thing is, anyone can submit my channel link.

So, what if I wanted containers and submitted my link, but then later, someone else submitted my link and specified "gold boxes"?

(We all know that there are people out there who just want to watch the world burn  :ph34r: )

 

I think the option of whether a guy wants containers or gold boxes, should be specified in his channel description or it should be collected in a way so that it can't be influenced or tampered by some other person.

I think before, when there was no specification for gold boxes, you have submitted your channel already, I think they've already got your external IP address, so when you send this time, they'll know that it's you. (my thoughts)

I think they've already got your external IP address, so when you send this time, they'll know that it's you. (my thoughts)
