I think Youtuber TO has not helped the game. When is it ending?

You are right, now all the noob youtoubers are making RTL accounts and making more people genuine new players leave. 

In fact, I might quit the game soon.

700k - 800k vieuws? Yea a few videos, not all of them. most of the RU vlogs got 250k vieuws.

Right now they get around 100k vieuws. Which is less, but in 4 years that video might have got 150k vieuws. You really think those 250k vieuws vlogs get all those vieuws in a few days? No, it takes a while..

btw: just earn like 100 xp on your account and see which place you are at ''experience earned'' in the last day of the week. It will be more than 250k lol .-.

 

You also have alot of people who say that tanki used to have 100k-200k players online every moment and now its around 30k. But thats just not fair because a few years ago it was just around 50k players online every moment but those numbers with 100k-200k where at big events and might even be records from this game. It maybe happened 5 times lol.  

So this game is not dead. It just got less popular and isnt getting alot of new players. I dont think tanki is trying to get new players, they try to keep the players they have now. 

 

 

 

 

If they want to be popular again they have to take risks: Like a huge update  ( Maybe make a mode-- a map  for 60 players and make that map 4 times bigger than silence. Something like a camp map with everybody shaft and hornet or something)

They could add so many cool things into this game but what they did is add bad things. Like the hornet striker mode XC which nobody is playing. 

They should really add new modes with differnet maps ( much much bigger)

I dont think tanki is trying to get new players, they try to keep the players they have now. 

Here's my best guess.

I've noticed it that Tanki Online is not trying to expand at the moment. I mean I just watched a video of CS:GO and I'm flooded with it's ads wherever I go. Now, I will ask everyone here this question, has anyone ever seen any Tanki Online Ads? Even though we play and search tanki related stuff all day.

 

What they are really trying to do, is they are trying to morph the game; meaning they are making new updates, again and again, turret balance, fixing bugs and experimenting with new events like "War".  These all updates are aimed to make the game muc easier for a new player to understand.

For example, let's take a look at MatchMaking.

Now I know many people didn't like the update, but currently every popular game is using MatchMaking System because when a new player joins the game, MatchMaking make things easy for him as the player don't have to choose among random battles and can just join a suitable battle with one click.

 

Currently, tanki is getting most of its new players from "word of mouth" (when a tanki player asks his other friends to play tanki)

Although I can't say it with 100% certainty because I don't have the actual analytics. It's just an educated guess.

 

So, once they think that the game is good enough to hook more people, they will scale it.

See, a company only has finite resources, and advertisement costs a lot. So they move along with a business model in order to utilize the resources efficiently.

 

My best guess is that they will scale with the release of the Android App.  

Everyone has a smartphone, and it's cheaper and way more effective to advertise a mobile app than a flash-based browser game. 

So this way they can utilize the money they have in the best possible way.

They did advertise Tanki X.

These games are mostly advertised through Gaming YouTubers. I mean YouTubers who got millions of subs and play different games.

The company sponsor them and they make a video about the game.

Can this happen that after a promo code has been used, then after that if someone else uses that code again, then he can see how much time has passed before it was expired? Just saying, cuz i think that some tanki youtubers are using fake promo codes so that people watch the video till the end or more than 10 minutes, or just to attract more viewers.
