first this is a contest when prizes are given out .

 

so what i was trying to say is players who have been posting there channel for years will always have the higher viewers , say to a player who just starts out..there needs to be something like they have in the Face book contest using something like # tanki u-tube entry's .. seeing players who have been posting for years will have over loaded the system with there video's and there's  come up to the front lines compared to someone who has very little video's made . also how can players post there u-tube channel in tanki when its against the rules.. also u-tube channel rules are not the same as tanki , such as in u-t they allow swearing and things were as tanki do's not allow it . so drawing a fine line on what is acceptable and what not will be a tough thing to judge it on..these are only some of my reason's why I thumbs down this event..

 

also these players who all ready have a fan base also get paid from U-tube on how many video's are watched . so why promote in house bonuses on top of what they all ready get . there is and have been over 20 regular u-tubers which has the highest viewers

just saying on these players who have been posting for some time compared to new players who are just starting to set up there accounts

Views are counted per month, meaning if you have 10k subs, it's 10k views per month to get the rewards.

The subs are not that accurate because half of the subs are probably inactive. So that would be at least 3k-5k views per month. I mean Pewdiepie has 60mil subs? He gets at least 3mil per day, where are rest of his views from subscribers.

True, but google traduction does exist ^_^ I'm better at saying what I think in french than english but anyway,

 

I don't like this idea. I think that the prizes are too big, players with small channel will be disadvantaged and big youtubers will be more and more advantaged.

Also, it will encourage clickbaits, players won't searsh to make an interesting video with rich content but videos wich makes people click on it..

 

Everthing will be FOR views and FOR containers, the aim isn't the same anymore.

 

Before, video were done to share good moments and to show how we play, now there will be a video everyday, uninteresting ones, wich aim to get views and only views. Indeed there will be more videos unlike before but the content won't be the same anymore, youtubers won't spend time with editing, they are just going to upload maximum videos as they can in a minimum time to get a maximum views and so a maximum of containers. Without talking of spams in the chat to share the links of their new videos, same in the forum etc..

 

There is many other way to put forward the work of some talentued videographers and editors, as Creative League with Helios with their gifted of photoshopers (even if it's the same thing, it's not the same reward, there, it's making picture to get a paint, it's a bit different)

I take it he is not only judge who will be making a vote on this contest.. you can't discriminate any player due to you can't understand there video's . this is a problem which the CM has to solve more then players .in other words he should have in place judges who can understand all different languages to make this a fair contest.

• By monthly views, you mean the views you get in that month on the videos you upload in that month or the views you get in 1 month on all your videos on the channel?

I asked the community manager for clarification about this. It's all views on TO videos in the month you applied for. These views could include views on videos you uploaded earlier and views on videos you uploaded this month.

 

This should be fun! Though, I have one question - is the reward determined based on monthly views?

We don't rely on Google Translate for anything official, since it's quite sensitive to mistakes and misunderstandings. It's understandable that it's easier for you to put your thoughts into words in your native language, but it's also important to always keep in mind what your target audience is.

It's not a contest and no one is being discriminated against. This was just about a player giving feedback on the 'Youtuber TO' program. It's one of the tasks of the community manager to collect the feedback from players. If the cm can't understand the feedback, there's not much to pass on.
