Just played a game where 50% of my team was multing. They weren’t using dictator. just wasp around at the back of our base. They don’t share Overdrive, and don’t help at all. So nice Tanki, more mults because of 10 sec gold drops

Golds haven’t been that impressive IMO. Sure, I caught a couple of 1000 boxes, so yay for that. Most of the golds have been monster kills and immortality, so not worth the trouble.

 

Plus battles are a complete joke. No one is paying any attention to the battle once the siren sounds. I’ve seen plenty of late game losses because of golds.

This was the worst April's Fools celebrations I've experienced in Tanki.

This sheer lack of originality burns me.

 

When I first joined Tanki, almost every celebration had something new to offer - surprise gold box content was a new thing. Black boxes, containers dropping from the skies - a new thing. New kinds of contests. Not to mention, gifts, holiday paints, banners, gold skins... they were always new, and as different from their previous version as possible.

 

Recently, banners, gifts and gold skins started to be re-used. This I silently tolerated - perhaps there were some short term issues at Perm. But this time, Tanki went simply beyond my patience limit by re-using the holiday paint - and a bad one, at that.

 

Sometimes, I am not particularly interested in sales simply because I don't have enough crystals for any kind of sale, or I'm saving for something else, that kind of stuff. But every time, without fail, I'm excited about the new paint that will be coming. "Think the paint will be a good one?" I frequently ask my friends. "I'm gonna save up at least 60k, in case the paint is good enough for me to buy." Event during the most uninteresting celebrations, paints are always new. This time, of course, nothing like that happened.

 

Yes, I'm sure there's an explanation. But I'm going to stay mad as long as I'm not given a convincing one. You can't expect me to comfort myself with "There's an explanation, probably something to do with Kemerovo." If there is an explanation, I ask for it - not because I doubt it's existence, but because I simply want it.

Honestly, in 2016-2017 the battles were definitely not filled with dictators and mults and I'm certain about that. Yesterday I've played in a battle full of legends, ALL of them and I mean ALL of them used dictator, not paying attention to the battle, nor they were drugging because they were saving to activate a supply once the gold drops. 

 

Most of the gold boxes were monster kill or immortality, I'd say its worse than a 1000 gold box because you can't do nothing with immortality when it's only activated for a minute or monster kill doesn't destroy anyone around you. Basically this whole event is a massive fail.

Well, I do agree that this April Fools celebration was worse compared to, let's say, the 2014 or 2015 one. There was one year when Godmode_ON opened up the tunnels in Silence (they used to be closed) as a "prank", and gave us all his paint (the Holiday paint was his old 'Devil' paint). That was the kinda fun I enjoyed. I believe there were other cool "pranks" pulled other years as well. But honestly, I decided not to mention it because I have no idea what really goes on. Maybe they're saving the fun for Cosmonauts Day, which is next week, and based off of what was showed in the V-LOG, it looks like it. Plus, you can't forget the recent tragedy in Kemerovo, which could also be a reason for a smaller event, as it even managed to delay the celebration by a week or so.

I just want to say that I am very unimpressed with the offering this year and maybe even slightly disgusted. I'm almost glad I don't play much Tanki these days.

 

Let's break down what we've been given this year.

Gifts/Paints/Decorations - Exactly the same as last year's. Even the holiday paint is the same. No new gifts.

Special Golds - No full supplies for 5 minutes like in the previous years. Apparently the one that dropped two extra golds once caught isn't around either. Most importantly, Golds aren't in PRO battles.

Discounts - Same as last year, though no Micro-upgrade discounts.

 

Last year we had a new Holiday paint as well as Special Missions to complete. We also had MU and SU discounts, even on XT items.

 

And of course special gold boxes won't be in PRO battles, which is actually rather shocking.

 

This year, what lovely special items do we receive...do we get new gifts? Do we get a new Holiday paint, or a special animated paint? Or maybe even new special rewards for the Fool's gold boxes? Or new decorated flags or drop zones?

 

Nope, we get nothing. Absolutely nothing.

 

Polite message to Tanki: Make existing special events more special with bigger sales, rather than adding in these useless in-between filler sales that no one cares about.

what about just going and playing a game . seen way too many complaining on wanting gold to drop no one is battling . this now has destroyed the game , its as bad as when we had a free for all on blue box's . I really hope tanki just gets rid of all drop box's including drugs .

i came close to rage quiting tanki becus of this event which i was 100% sure would be 50% sale but tanki even after 1 week of rest could not satisfy 

us players. the only thing which will make tanki better is to make another client or game page which consists of no buying and only non buyers, tanki is already getting so much money becus of thousands of buyers especially big youtubers such as claudia, oufa, makkman, ghost animator etc. tanki must stop this pay2win. 1 like = hope for non buyers

i would have quitted this game years ago but it was too addictive. i could not even think of not playing it. i could have gotten rid of this parasite game  from my life if my roblox still  would have worked. y roblox stapped about half a year ago and many years before it too. i go into a battle just hoping it is a good battle and i dont lagg, but as always mults mults and mults. i am begining to think as to why did i even start this playing this game in the first place, but now i cant even imagine my life with out it. another thing that bothers me is as to why did i even decide to continue it after my first account got hacked  <_<

wow . do you know how many players are here .. first tanki can't please everyone . they do what they can .. if they gave us what we wanted then we would be board and our garages would be full.. Dev's would be lost on what to make they have to change things ,so we can have them in other events , sure its only computer items but even still .

 

its like buying a candy store .. do you think it would be full of candy , no it would not be filled  .you have to buy the candy for it in order to supply your bins and then have clients to come in to buy your products if you have a sale on the bad items only customers who like them would buy, but when you have good items then only customers who like those would buy those , in other words you can't have the best of both worlds

we should be satisfied with what they give us . buy what u want from each sale if you wanted too..there is nothing wrong with missing a sale it just builds up your crystals for when you do happen to find a sale with items you need for a better price ..

 

why not try tankiX there is less druggers in that game due to most players are refusing to use them , giving it a more balanced game

 

 

also I did just finish a battle which most players were only concerned about getting golds and killing those near it. been in another one which was to be a flag battle and that was fully chat of drop gold please.. this was 97% of the chat ..

tankiX is a great game but as to where i live matters. i live in china and almost every foreign thing is banned here which includes games which are opened by using search engines like google, internet, firefox and many more, tanki should definetly do something about china. if you go and change your client language to chinese, it would look like the older version of tanki. it means that it has been banned by this country so much that it cant be changed. my prev country was perfect, no laggs, good time with friends, had lots of awsome parkour and all that stuff. 

 

 

the thing is that tanki is not working that much hard as they used to in 2013-14-15. tanki used to have over 10 million player accounts registered in a year. but now the only accunts registered are never played with or the players quit at low ranks.i used to have so many good friends i remember times with but they quited. especially a player named : chiefneckbreaker he and i were best buddies which ranked up together. i got better and better at tanki and got too aaead of him. 2016's christmas he invited me to the holiday map he told me he needed help and was getting ard for him to get xp and crystals but i was busy with other things and did not focus on his request and he quited tanki.....................................................................................................................................................k i am out.......................................................................................................................................................................................................................i am getting too stressed........anyway tommorow monday, better get to sleep, bye

Since the Kemerovo tragedy happened on the 25th of March, 6 days before the April Fool's Day celebrations are supposed to start, you'd assume they'd already have planned the entire event by the 25th, so that can't really be used as an excuse.

for the lag issues I understand but this could be cause of other reason's not just tanki. also i get about your country and sorry that your internet issues. for the rest yea i fully understand about players leaving I had well over 1000 on friend's list and use to battle with a group of them daily but since 2013 spring my friend list ended and now i battle totally on my own . its best this way
