Useless Imo, took me like 5 seconds to figure it out when I started........ What they really need to do though is completely rework the Tutorial that you get when you go to tankionline.com/en/start , it's ancient and doesn't tell a new player anything relevant except basic controls

It is very easy to learn how to buy items from Garage anyone can do it without tutorial but by giving tutorial you are also letting them choose what weapon the want to use at the start of the game. So some players will use Shaft at the beginning and some will use Isida etc. And there first purchase will be free which means if you buy XP Combo at the start of the game you don't need to pay any amount of crystals.

Devs should make a special tutorial map with non-shooting AI tanks. Player would have to kill all these tanks (all 7 hulls) to complete the tutorial.

The longest MMO tutorial I have seen, thus far, was 15 minutes long (same length as a Tanki battle). There were missions you had to accomplish. After completion of all missions, you ranked up and were allowed to go into battles. The missions were thoroughly explained and easy to accomplish. 

 

Before entering into the tutorial arena, a pop up message appeared and told you how long the tutorial would last. It was suggested to enter the arena when you would be able to complete it in one sitting. However, if you had to log out during the tutorial, when you logged back in you would pick up where you left off, but you couldn't join a battle until the tutorial was completed. (Paraphrased).

Some player will let overheat their turret and let Isida heal them
