Greetings eSports fans! Today's interview is a little bit different than the other interviews I made in the past. In all of the previous interviews, I was interviewing eSports players but not the people who work behind the scenes; the kind people who keep the eSports alive. Today, I'll be interviewing the guy who leads the eSports Helpers group; @Lucifer!

Hello Lucifer, Thank you for taking time to take part in this Interview today! Please introduce yourself to the readers.

@Lucifer: Hi, I'm Lucifer, the eSports Administrator and Event Organizer. I'm an 18 years old guy from Italy and a bit extroverted :).

As an administrator, it's obvious that you were an eSports Helper before. Why did you apply for this position in the first place?

@Lucifer: As an eSports player, I saw many things that did not work and I wanted to see more from the EN eSports. As a player I could not do anything other than just give suggestions and feedback, and I wanted to do more in order to help out improving the situation of EN eSports. That is why I decided to apply.

Why do you think you were chosen to be the new eSports Administrator and not someone other from eSports moderators, especially @SuperNick95 who had more experience than you since he was an eSports administrator in the past?

@Lucifer: SuperNick would have been a perfect fit indeed but due to some technicalities and his busy life it took him a bit longer to become an Administrator, that is pretty much why.

Can you tell us about your job as an eSports Administrator? What does it include and how do you take on such a big responsibility?

@Lucifer: As an eSports Administrator, you need to manage your team and lead them, like any other Administrator does. In eSports, we need to take care also of eSports bans and manage players' complaints and requests among many other stuff. It is indeed a big responsibility. I think I manage to do well thanks to my team that I can easily rely on whenever it is needed. Also, a big thanks go to [member=joostcool] who supported me at the beginning of my journey.

And now for another subject, The International Championship. What are your expectations? And what is your impression from the participating clans so far?

@Lucifer: I have high expectations and I'm looking forward to how this tournament will turn out. I have been impressed by some clans that I did not expect certain performance and this proves that our EN clans can get better, be stronger and also match with Russian clans, but all of that will come only with dedication and training.

That is a message I would like to share with all EN clans; never give up no matter how much you lose, you need to always get back up again, stick up together to improve and be more successful in the next try.

Most of the players are very interested in any information about the new mystery paint which is a prize for the winning team of the tournament. Can you give us any info?

@Lucifer: For the time being, we cannot share information about it, we definitely will try to share in the PlayOffs stage, though.

Will we see the return of Domination Series?

@Lucifer: Yes, Domination Series will be back with the third season, we do not know yet exactly when but we are working on it.

Do you have plans for the future? If yes, what are they?

@Lucifer: Yes, I do have a lot of plans for the future to improve the EN eSports, I cannot share details but you can expect a lot of upcoming tournaments among many other things.

Do you have a goal you would like to achieve while being an Administrator?

@Lucifer: My only goal is the same since I joined the eSports Helpers and that is improvement of the eSports situation in our community.

The applications for the eSports Moderators/eSports Officiasl were opened again, but we haven' seen many new faces joining the eSports helper team. Do you have any tips for anyone who wants to become an eSports Helper?

@Lucifer: Lately, we actually hired two new eSports Officials: M.3.L.M and Bae. But that does not mean we stopped recruiting, the applications are still open.

What I would say to anyone who wants to become an eSports Helper is that you do not need to have a vast knowledge of eSports, all we need from you is to have dedication, organization skills and to be honest, respectable person. We will teach you the rest that you need to know about eSports. Don't waste time and apply if you have these abilities and meet these requirements.

Do you have any last words you would like to share with our readers?

It was a pleasure to have this interview and I hope that I have cleared out some questions and doubts about our work and eSports. Stay tuned for upcoming live-streams :D.

Thank you so much! ^_^

So here it is! I hope this interview answered some of your burning questions or that you learned at least a  little something you were wondering about. I would like to thank @Lucifer for taking a part in this interview and of course for the hard work he does everyday!
