What do you predict on Cosmonautics Day?

It has been confirmed that NOTHING can survive the meteor.

This. I'm pretty sure it will be just like the april fools monster kill, only with the added visual effect of a meteorite. The idea is that you don't pile up under the gold box as it drops, but you wait nearby until it lands and then go for it. What's great is that this change to gold mechanics should also completely remove the issue with laggers and hackers taking golds.

I also thought of that, if it does sort the problem out nicely I wouldn't mind the feature staying.

Lol, sounds good, but every time tanki says x2 x3 or x5 means the rewards in gold boxes are going to be not good.

I just hope that the rewards are good this time.

 

But more than gold im interested in the visuals n after effects, it looks like end of world, and think how cool will it look in Hihgland where the thematics are already very alike to world ending.....

 

And one ques- will the effect added to pro battles too?

Do you think Mammoth M4 with Double Armor will survive the meteor? Just write predictions below. I hope there will be a 50% off. :)

Vlog says it will destroy everything, I'm guessing that means infinite damage.

It should remove dictators, and probably give more chances to light hulls. Or at least balance viking, hunter and dictator. I'm quite sure it won't remove hackers, passing through tanks waiting around the dropzone, with extra speed? Hopefully it'll help tho, and yes, I'd also welcome this feature stay.

I just hope this will be in all maps tho not just non-pro i guess we will have to wait and see.

btw it would make sense for it to be in all maps because space mode is only generated in pro maps.

it makes sense for them to drop in space mode!

and if these meteors will drop in space mode will they fall to the ground more slowly?

now, tanki can stop jump hackers, but not the guys with speed and the hackk to go through tanks

the meteor is good because in big maps after a matter of seconds you wont be able to find the drop zone but now we have a meteor!

Hadn’t thought about it that way, but you’re right. The meteor change both gives a better indication of where the gold will fall AND buys time for distant tanks by keeping the close tanks at bay.

 

Kinda rolls back the recent gold box drop change, eh? :wacko: :blink:

I don't think it will change a lot of thing. If you're in Serpuhov or Brest, and if the meteor lands in the enemy base (while you're in your base), you will not have enough tome to reach it anyways.

 

And one ques- will the effect added to pro battles too?

We don't know yet. But they said it would be x? Golds, so the drop will be increased. And now, they only increase drop in standard, non-pro battles :(

Do you know that's the idea behind it our are you just guessing?

 

If that's the idea and it's implemented it will stop one type of hacking but not others, for example the speed hacking. And I don't understand how it will stop laggers and multing Dictators with Overdrives and maybe Magnums now ready to kill light tanks that try to go for the gold.
