The only think i would suggest is leaving the test servers open more often. This way more players will have a chance to play and have fun without caring about spending supplies or money.I'm not sure whether this is easy for you to but I would prefer it to having the test server closed 95% of the time. Of course I don't even know how the system works and this is up to you but if opening the test servers is easy I would suggest it to you. 

What is more, if you can't do anything for this then i would suggest you to open a new mode of the game which would look like test server. Every player would like that in my opinion :)

Test servers are not a playground - they are used for testing new updates. Their upkeep and maintenance requires funding, so it makes no sense to have them open for no reason (or just to let players have fun), when it doesn't benefit the developers in any way.

 

As for a new game mode (where I assume you'd be able to use any garage item even if you don't have it) - that's also bad for the game, since players will be discouraged from spending money to upgrade their equipment.

I'm ok with the test server as is

Its a 'Test' server , not for playing and haveibg fun , its maded to monitor huge updates like rugby and other updates that made a physical changes in the game to avoid the bugs and glitches as what happened in black Friday ,

 

 

The developers thought it does not require running the 'test server' servers just to test this simple values changes , but that maded a big mistake , and that resulted a ruin to the game , the developers can not just make a backup simple so they used the slow way to revert all tankers gold catchs and all garage payments which cost them a lot of time ... 6 hours I think ?

 

I don't want to make my comment big and boring , so its a bad idea and maf decide was correct by delicend it .
