let's discuss the new daily mission system

hey everyone !

the new daily mission system is somewhat better than before in my opinion , they applied our ideas regarding not losing your progress if you miss a day or two , but not losing it at all even if you leave the game for a month ? well that's just too much but it might work out since the maximum reward is for 10 weeks not 4 .

nonetheless , I think that getting 9 containers every week will ruin the game's economy since no one will buy anything anymore because they'll be able to get everything for free (don't say that I'm against non-buyers because I'm one , but I care about the game and the game will be destroyed if everyone gets 9 containers every week !) but though they did not clarify whether when you take the 10th week reward your progress would be reset or you'll keep taking it every week after that , but I assume it won't reset and that's waaaaaay too much drugs and crystals for free.

 

so my final analysis would be :

benefits for non-buyers: 100%

benefits for buyers : 0%

benefits for the game : 10%

drawbacks for buyers :60% (everyone will be able to fight them back which is so damn fair IMO)

 

please share your ideas , but be friendly and follow the game and forum rules .

 

 

EDIT : 

I think I misunderstood them when they talked about 1 more container, they said : " you will get 1 more container each week " and that's misleading , what they meant is 1 more container each week you complete week 10 which makes perfect sense to me now.

 

though they should have made them 2 more containers ^_^ it's 6 more weeks afterall

Edit: I do love the fact that you can miss a lot of missions and still have time to get back on that same chain. 

It will help me on my trip to Iceland (and maybe Greenland if I have time)  ;) 

oh man it took me a long time to write this and now it'll get merged 

 

me too , that part of the update made me extremely happy because I'm the one who suggested something like that before , and we needed a system like this (sadly yesterday I forgot to deliver a mission and I lost 6 days of progress , gladly not the weekly progress too because it's week 4)

I did not discuss it in the V-log topic because there will be too much spam and unnecessary replies like "great" or "awesome" and that'll just fill up my notification log .

You needn't worry about the effect of getting 9 containers per week because the Vlog clearly stated the maximum is 4 containers per week.  So the net effect of this will be to add +1 container per week to the rewards people get right now.  IOW the effect will be quite minimal.

no , as I understood it the rewards will be the same but the number of containers will be increased +1 per week , otherwise they would not have mentioned it as an "advantage" 

​If it's not that way , it would just be a big disadvantage

Generally, its a good update. I would prefer it if those of us who had been technically at ten weeks already didnt have to wait six week, but its not really that long. I can wait, the benefits will cancel out the disadvantages pretty quickly.
