"How can I be a buyer?" Go to the store and buy something

 

"No paypal acc." Make one. All you need is an email address and a password.

 

"No money." If you're old enough, get a job. If not, I'm sure you get money at times from someplace. Instead of spending it all, save some of it. When you have enough saved up, open a checking account and keep putting money in, even if it's just $5.00.

 

"No credit cards" If you have a checking account, you don't need one. Most debit cards can be used as a credit card, it depends on the bank. 

 

Note: A friend of mine adopted her Grandson when he was an infant. When he was old enough to want expensive things (games, computer, laptop, expensive additions to his Star War collection, etc.) his Grandmother told him that if he wanted it bad enough he would find a way to buy it. At 10 years old he bought a Razor skateboard (saved up for it) and started his own business as an errand boy at the local Nursing Home for those who couldn't go out. He'd get them things like their favorite toiletries, a bag of candy, etc. Of course this had to be approved by the Nursing Home's Supervisor. He didn't ask for payment to run errands, he did it for tips, only. No set amount. Then the employee started asking him to run errands for them, too. A year later, he bought himself a top of the line gaming laptop and a game he had his eye on for several months. 

 

He just turned 21, is a store manager and paid cash for his first car.

My phone proportionally goes down from 100% to 16% and then when 15% it gets lowered about every 3 seconds no matter what I'm doing. So when it sends me a message about low battery (15%), I have to run to get it on the charger...

 

30% -> 15% = about 30 minutes

15% -> 0% = about 30 seconds

 

My iPad dosn’t do that :P
