Can you download TO Mobile on Apple devices?

No. The TO application is for mobiles that work under android only.
Developers would need to create another app for Apple. They will start after the android variant is published.

But when i try to press "download app" button , nothing happens. It says its a picture, not a link.

Make sure to mark the e-mail as 'safe', that way the download link will not be blocked anymore.

there is no way to mark the email as "safe" within the Gmail app.  the warning message that comes with the email is as follows, "Why is this message in Spam? It's from an address in the tankionline.com domain but has failed tankionline.com's required tests for authentication"

 

please advise or resend the invite

I'm not that familiar with the Gmail app, but this should do the trick. If not, it's worth asking Google how to proceed, it's their app after all.
