Week 10 worst nightmare...

I'm getting a lot more one sided battles than previously...maybe it's just because it is the first day of 10min battles.  The losing side starts losing its players whenever the first point or two is scored against them.  What I'm seeing in CP, CTF, RGB, TDM is first side to score wins.  Much worse than before...but it is just the first day, so time will tell.

 

Mission levels did not change, so it is much more difficult to reach them in a 10 minute battle.  Mission levels need to be reduced by 33% just like the time of battles was.  3 flags/goals in a 5 flag/goal game is too much.  On my alternate lower account I came in 1st place in a DM match.  I was in it from the very beginning of the battle and only got 115/125 crystals and 229/250 experience...and I came in 1st place.  I think levels of missions need to reflect the shortened battle duration.

9/10 battles I played in last night the team scoring first won.

Not exactly, you'll receive 1 container more, and that's for every single subsequent week after that. You'll lose a little in the first few weeks, you'll gain far more than you lost in the months to come.

Exactly. And there is no more "maintain" Play for 49 days and then you will be in week 10. Take 6 months to get that 49 days, IDC.

XAXAXAXA what is this ???  NO funds...NO gold box...NO players in team who lose 1-0... I was in last day ,I lost the half prize of week chains....and the 2 containers have 125 mines and 125 mines WOooooOW......special  "upgrade".......

Since non-PRO battles became significantly shorter I suggest that supplies cooldown should be decreased as well and the overdrive should fill up faster... WHY?? because now in 10 min we have to accomplish what we used to accomplish in 15 min.

 

Why do you feel you have to accomplish in 10 minutes what you used to in 15 minutes?

 

All that needs to be accomplished is victory for your team (or kills in DM), and no specific target of CP, or flags, or kills.

All that needs to be accomplished is victory for your team (or kills in DM), and no specific target of CP, or flags, or kills.

There's a kill limit in DM?  That should be TDM, no?

I got my Week 4 missions today. I did not see the update so I thought I was put back a week. I only got 2 containers. The bad thing about the mission chains, I think the game will become more dead because a lot of the time people go on because the do not wanna restart a week. Now that they won't have to they won't go on everyday. So I think they should put a reward system for being active every day. Maybe something like this.

 

  • Active 30 days straight- 2 containers, maybe some drugs. 
  • Active 60 days straight- More containers, paints, drugs.

Etc. etc.

 

I think this will help people come online because they have something to look forward to.

 

10 minute battles-

I don't have much of a opinion on this because I go online everyday and I change my missions so there easy like picking up Boxes and that only takes about 5 minutes then I go to Pro battles. Although I can see where people are coming from. Comebacks are out of the picture. teams winning in the first couple minutes will most likely stay winning till the end. As someone said earlier, If you stay in losing team then so will your team mates. If you leave they will be more overpowered and they will leave to. If you don't leave your getting destroyed a lot and that will not help your team mates. At the end of the battle you get little fund. 

 

This is what I think about the new updates. They will change tanki for the good and better.

Shorter battles? An absolute disaster, I do not understand how reduce the time of battles is related  to the next step in implementing the Matchmaking system?? (updates interfering with the system make me less and less want to play this game) Shorter gold box time and now this, maybe ask players in some sort of survey what they actually want and stop changing the basics, add features, do not change existing ones!

Im talking about score, fund, chance to cap flags or score goles, reach specific number of kills.

In the past you were able to get a higher value of the previously mentioned things. Now you have to do more battles to achieve that. its boring to play a lot of non pro battles. For me 1 or 2 to finish the missions is enough.

Also you will see a big difference when it comes to x2 funds during celebrations which will be much lower.

Say whatever you want but from 15 to 10 minutes battle is a very big difference. It feels like I've just joined last 5 mins into the battle. Another awful, can't wait for many more.

There's a kill limit in DM?  That should be TDM, no?

Yes DMs also have kill limit.

It was previously 100.

 

I guess it is to end the misery of FTP players and give them their crystal payouts quickly when there's a heavy drugging buyer in the game.

For week 3, you will receive:

5 Repair Kits, 15 Double armor, Double Damage, speed boost, and mines, 750 Crystals, and 1 Container.

You can find all the mission chain rewards here: Missions

 

That's the good thing about this update, you do not need to complete missions everyday. You can escape as many days as would like, and just continue your mission chain from where you left it when you return.

It's just the first day we are experiencing 10 minute battles, let's give it more time.

 

What makes battles one sided are Overdrives, battle fund distribution, Finish top 3 in winning side, Crystal missions and battles that start uneven, among other things. There are no incentives to join our stay in the losing team, the incentives are to leave, and players will leave.

 

Occasionally battles are even when there are big druggers on both sides that don't want to give up.

 

About the Chain change, I'll still play the game continuously for a week or two because I have Premium in two accounts, from containers, but I'm not opening more containers unnecessarily from now on.
