Young admins and players reporting hackers

So recently I have come into contact with an issue that is troubling and I'm not sure where to ask about this. First of all is the constant accusation of hacking. I was just in a battle with a character who reported me for having m3s at too early of a lvl...even tho you can buy kits earlier than I did lol. Last week, another player reported my clan leader for hacking, even though he obviously did not, but neither would show the vid or screenshot of the offender.

This brings up another question. How old are most admins. Idk what the correct term is, but the people in charge of banning. I was in a game with someone who was super eager to ban someone for virtually no reason...when I asked how old he was, he said 14. Are there a lot of people in authority who are that young? If so that is troubling. I do not want to lose an acct simply because someone was overeager to ban people.

Lastly, there has got to be some consequence to false accusations. If someone accuses a person of hacking but gives no good evidence, they should receive a warning or something so that this word of banning isnt on everyone's mind. Any thoughts or comments?

These are just random players you meet in battle that make accusations and try to 'scare' you. They are talking about the Game Violators Section in the form when they say 'reporting'. They don't have any special powers and certainly can't ban you by them selves. But they can send in screenshots/videos to the Game Violators Section, but from there it is assessed by mature people who will only ban/block you if you were really hacking.

The administration in Tanki takes the issue of power abuse very seriously, so the ability to issue bans is never given out to those, who can't be trusted with it. The only players with the ability to ban others are chat and battle moderators. All members in both of those groups underwent a strict application process, very thorough background checks and months of vigorous training before they were actually entrusted with the ability to punish others. And even then, every ban has evidence collected for it, so if a moderator was to abuse their power and ban an innocent player, it would be easily found out due to lack of proof of violation.

The requirements for moderators are very strict. Minimum 18 years of age, a lot of experience in the game, very clean, near-perfect karma and many other hidden criteria. So don't worry, random players in battles can accuse you as much as they want, but no matter how many times they report you, the real people with power, who check the reports, will never ban someone without 100% proof of violation.
