Will there be another ESL tournament next year?

You may say that there will be tournaments the whole year if these tests (May ESL tournaments) are a success.

Tankers!

 

Last Sunday, May 13th, the third ESL Tanki tournament was played among 23 teams in collaboration with our partners at ESL Play, and now we know the winners:

 

1st place: Vavilon (300,000 crystals per team)

2nd place: Peppers (200,000 crystals per team)

3rd place: Steel Brotherhood (100,000 crystals per team)

 

Congratulations to the winners!

 

We would like to remind you, that ESL Tanki Cup is held every Sunday until the end of May and the next tournament will happen on May 20th.

 

Please also be aware that we’ve changed the format of the tournament. Tanki ESL Cups will now be played in CTF 6v6 format, instead of 5v5.

 

The time when the tournament starts has also changed, now you need to submit your entry before 14:30 UTC on the day of the tournament, and matches start 15:00 UTC.

 

The rank limit stays the same -- you need to be a Brigadier or higher, all the way to Legend.

hhhmmmm interesting but how to join a team

Unfortunately the first series of tournaments (taking place in May) in Tanki will be held for players with the rank Brigadier and up, all the way to Legend .

In the future, tournaments for medium ranks and lower ranks are also possible.

A week ago, on Sunday May 20th the fourth Tanki Cup was held in collaboration with our partners at ESL Play, and this time 18 teams entered the tournament.
 
Here’re the winners:
 
1st place: Peppers (300,000 crystals for the team)
2nd place: Schoolkids HERE (200,000 crystals for the team)
3rd place: Bad Intentions (100,000 crystals for the team)

We remind you, that ESL Tanki Cup takes place each Sunday till the end of May, and next tournament is scheduled for May 27th. The tournament will be once more in the CTF 6v6 format, you will need to submit your team’s application by 14:30 UTC on the day of the event and matches will start at 15:00 UTC. Players of Brigadier and up can participate in the Cup.

We’re glad to share fantastic news: Tanki Cups in collaboration with ESL Play will continue! You can find tournament schedule for June on the official ESL site. As previously, ESL Tanki Cups will be held each Sunday.

 

And today we’d like to congratulate the winners of the last tournament, which took place on May 27th with 13 teams applying.

 

Here’re the winners:

 

1st place: Schoolkids HERE (300,000 crystals for the team)

2nd place: Eternity (200,000 crystals for the team)

3rd place: TOR (100,000 crystals for the team)

 

Congratulations to the winners! The next tournament will be played on June 3rd. 

 

Please be aware that in the June series of tournaments we’ve changed a few parameters.

 

Tournaments will still be played in CTF format and 6v6, but we have also included a new format -- XP/BP. Time limit for each round was reduced to 12 minutes.

 

The time tournaments start was also changed. You need to register for the cup by 13:30 UTC on the day of the event, and all matches begin 14:00 UTC.

 

Tankers of Brigadier rank and up can participate in the tournaments.

Tankers!

 

ESL Tanki Cup continues with the news of the last tournament and the new champions.

 

The Grand Final of the cup was scheduled for June 3rd, but, for technical reasons, was moved to June 8th and the final matches took place yesterday, on Friday.

 

25 teams registered for the tournament, and only 3 claimed Top 3 spots:

 

1st: International (300,000 crystals for the team)

2nd: No Comments (200,000 crystals for the team)

3rd: Random Noobs (100,000 crystals for the team)

 

Congratulations to the champions!

 

We remind you that ESL Tanki Cup is held every Sunday, and next tournament will take place on June 10th, which is tomorrow. Make sure you submit your registration entry before 13:30 on the day of the tournament, since the matches will start at 14:00 UTC already.

 

The full schedule of the cup for June you can find on the official ESL site.

 

Tournaments continue to be played in CTF, 6v6, and XP/BP format. Each round is timed for 12 minutes, and players of Brigadier rank and up can participate in the event.

Tl;Dr

 

They just want to keep the players to stay playing its close to reach the level of begging us to keep playing .

 

As a person who stopped playing and thinks Forum is a joke, you sure spend a lot of time on it.
